"All evil, all the time" is my usual roleplay, if you can even call it that.

Catching the three Legendaries and the Battle Maison are literally the only endgame X/Y has. That's why I always recommend OR/AS since it has a lot more endgame.
What does ORAS offer?
•The Delta Episode
•Battle Maison
•About 12 or so Legendaries to catch (some have certain requirements that must be met in order for them to show up)
Sounds good.

>post-game
>X/Y

heh

I mean, do you have Zygarde?... That's basically it in terms of post-game for those games.

The best way to catch shinies is to not use any methods because that only devalues them <_<
But I mean, yeah, that's one of the more efficient ways, sure.
Yeah, caught Zygarde and Mewtwo. Now trying to run into Moltres a few times to catch him too.

Update / blog post because fuck you I do what I want.

Just hit 40% completion on the Living Dex and beat the elite 4. Any post-game content that I should really consider doing in X/Y?

Oh and I just caught my first shiny pokemon ever. A Pancham using the chaining method. Pretty sweet. Is this the best way to catch shinies?

I refuse to believe that only Icy is capable or allowed to update/write the rules as we read them.
no he is literally the only one capable of writing coherent sentences. I remember this
Psy couldn't write the rules to save his life, yeah.

What's Flee's excuse?
English is only my third language. I appreciate the vote of confidence, but this is probably something that a native speaker should do. Although I do suppose that I could get it done if there was no other way.

It's pretty obvious that he's right. Oversaturation of a genre is never good. The only reason they're still a thing is because a lot of fans eat up very mediocre movies made for children because it has their favorite superheroes in it.

The Flood / Re: This is why gun safety courses should be standard
« on: September 02, 2015, 05:31:57 PM »
"This is why the general public should not have unrestricted access to firearms" is what you're trying to say.

But yes, they should be a standard requirement for the few to own a gun.
Anyone should be able to buy a pistol

No one should ever be able to buy an assault rifle
Why? That's a pretty emotional response to this issue. Only the tiniest fraction of all gun violence is committed with "assault rifles" while hand guns and semi-auto's are the most common culprit.
And most murders in the first place aren't even committed with guns, so I don't see what your point is.
Wrong.
Quote
Pistols kill more than assault rifles because, as DAS said, pretty much no one can buy assault rifles, while pistols are much more obtainable.
Pistols kill more people because they're easier to operate, cheaper, easier to hide and carry, more accessible and more easily obtainable.

Your ideal world would unfortunately be worse than the current day reality in terms of gun violence.

I was thinking more like standard in high schools but that would work too.
In all honesty, something has to be pretty wrong with a society when firearms are so commonplace that mandatory gun courses should be standard at the schools.

Okay so I am officially going to get it. Only one answer remains, should I get it for PC or should I get it for Xbox 360 or PS3?
What did you end up getting it for, btw? General consensus is:

PS3 is a no go unless you live in Japan because its community is dead.

Xbox 360 has the most active / best PVP community still, so it's a very popular choice.

PC offers the best single player experience due to 60fps and best performance, but lacks in the multiplayer department.

Your team is good enough for the Pokemon League.
Yeah, it's pretty well rounded. Just gotta level it up a little. I already read that this Pokemon League has the highest level pokemon out of all the games (up to level 70 I believe?), so my level 55-65 pokemon could probably do with a few more levels.

Have you been having fun?
I have, actually. It's mainly just doing this together with my girlfriend that's making it a fun experience, but the game itself hasn't been bad either. My main complaint is simply the difficulty. I know it's obviously a kids game and that the real challenge lies in competitive battling with other players, but I'm always one to go for the hardest difficulty on any game that I'm comfortable with. Not having come even remotely close to actually losing a fight or encounter is kind of a shame, imo.
