Looks like my account got approved.
Gotta say, the stats shown on their homepage are suddenly a lot less impressive now that I've been able to see that they didn't just go offsite but have already existed for about 10 days and that half of their posts are single sentence spam entries in their "spam thread".
Nothing too interesting so far and not much serious discussion to partake in, so I doubt I'll be posting there much. Either way, best of luck to their offsite.

You're saying that the restaurant near me offering waffles with bacon and syrup for breakfast is doing it wrong?
because that shit's tasty
They're a pretty different kind of waffle.
Bro, the only difference is they have smaller cells.
And at some places they don't.
Americans just eat sugary things for breakfast.
I don't think that's true. I've had the American breakfast waffles and I've had Americans taste the typical Belgian waffle. They're not the same.
Must be the Freedom
That's probably it, yeah.

Don't tell me you'd unironically eat them for breakfast?

That ain't for breakfast mate.
fuck son, throw some scrapple on the side with a bit of apple butter and that looks like a hell of a fuckin breakfast.
The American obesity rates make a lot more sense all of a sudden.

Jar of mayonnaise?
If it's the good kind. No Hellmann's or Miracle Whip or whatever other low tier stuff you Americans have.

Is the waffle house open?
Waffle house didn't even close when Brussels was on high state of alert over the terrorist threats.
Holy shit. That's what I'm talking about. Could you export some for me?
As long as you are aware that waffles are not intended to be a breakfast food and that eating them for breakfast should be considered high treason.

I'm surprised they stuck with B.next's private groups for so long.
B.next had private groups?
Stripped from all customization and features that the old groups had, but yeah, they did.

Produced, not directed.

He cuts out the PC shit and really exposes democracy for what is actually is- an absurd show, all steam and no substance. He's a living commentary.
American* democracy. It's not like this everywhere.

So I went to look at some state breakdowns... and that actually made the problem seem worse.
I was about to point that out as a reponse, yeah. The US is significantly larger than the UK, but the size and population difference does not explain the killing/shooting results at all. In the end, the US "only" has about 5 times as many people living in it as the UK does. For them to be proportionately equaly, the US could have no more than 5-10 (on average) police shootings and no more than 100-125 custody deaths a year. Knowing that there are single states accounting for literally hundreds of custody deaths and shootings, there is absolutely no way to justify those numbers by blaming it on scale and size differences. I could tell you all about how a very large part of this can be attributed to an increasingly armed society (and how law enforcement services are trained to deal with that in highly offensive and proactive ways) and the amount of privately owned firearms in the US, but SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED, right?
