tbh outside of sports cars I don't get the desire for a stick
It's obviously not necessary but I'm not interested in going without it (yet). It's more fun to drive and keeps up your attention a lot better, I feel. It requires more concentration and skill to drive stick so I think there's an argument to be made that it keeps you on your toes and more alert. Generally more fuel efficient if you know how to use it well, less maintenance and more durability are all good things to have. And then just control over the car itself. Engine braking, downshifting to stop, idling in neutral... Plus, you get to do fancy things like J-turns and whatnot, even though I've never gotten to try that myself. But who knows, maybe some day. Oh and it's the best anti-theft system you can have in the US. There's so many people who wouldn't know how to drive one that you might thwart a few would-be thieves. If, say, Verb would ever try to steal one, he wouldn't make it out of the driveway.

Bastogne. It's only an hour from where I live so it'll be a short trip there and I'd be much more interested in throwing Nazis out of my own country than fighting in Japan.

I'd still rather not need to go through all the unnecessary hassle (especially when people ask for things like Meoletta for pretty mundane stuff).
At least I'm on Europe so I'll have a week tp find out.
Really, don't worry about it. I've completed two full 720 pokedexes (one of them a living dex) at this point and can safely say the version exclusive pokemon are very easy to get. And all you need is just one of them anyways before you can breed an army.

I was thinking about my Sun/Moon team and I really hope exclusivity doesn't fuck me over again. In X I wanted to use Zard Y, before Zard X was revealed, so I had planned a team with that in mind. But since X ended up getting Zard X, I had to shuffle things around so I had Blastoise instead of Charizard, so then I didn't use a Clauncher and then I needed a flying type so I had a Noivern added.
If Wimpod is a Moon exclusive I'll be incredibly upset.
I don't think it'll really be a big deal even if it's Moon exclisive. All you'll have to do is just catch it's Sun counterpart and trade for it on the GTS. And if you want to nickname you can just take that and breed your own with it.
This. It'll be no issue with how easy trading is through the GTS these days. Put in its counterpart or any other semi rare pokemon and breed the one you get to perfection.

I don't work for free. I need some incentive to spend all that extra time breeding others...
The love and appreciation of your fellow Sep7agon friends. Spoiler Just messing with you, I get that you want something to make it worth your while and I don't care at all about competitive pokemon.

I'll breed extras for the price of any random legendary.
What a jew.
Bagons take forever to breed.
That's exactly what a jew would say.

So. Stick or auto?
auto, of course
stick is on its way out, in america at least
Manual has actually been making a bit of a return in the last few years. It has a decent amount of benefits to it and gives experienced drivers a considerable increase in control over their vehicle. The only major downside is that learning how to drive is actually hard and you're not just sitting in an oversized bumper cart. It takes a lot more concentration and skill, but it's a lot more fun and gives you a lot more flexibility. I'd recommend everyone to at least be able to do it, it's a pretty nifty skill and I can't imagine not even knowing how to handle it.
That's actually pretty damn interesting. And here I thought that the rise of the DCT and pussy paddles meant the traditional gearbox was gonna go out even faster.
I'm guessing it has hit a bit of a temporary plateau now and might even see a bit of a temporary rise, but I imagine it'll keep disappearing. I assume that most people buying them right now are older people who grew accustomed to driving them or the more car savvy / enthusiast people who can appreciate the benefits manual transmission brings. Most (younger) people in the US seem eager enough to sacrifice some control, performance and handling for ease of use, so I suspect we'll see it fall again in a few years. Europe is still holding pretty strong and even though automatic is becoming more common, it's still dwarfed by manual. I can't see myself driving a manual until self-driving cars become a reality because I don't want to give it up.

I had my second driving lesson today
I hate doing clutch while braking.
You're not supposed to unless coming to a full stop though.
Well, yeah. I was doing junctions/ corners.
Yeah, best to push down the clutch when going so slow you might stall. Most corners can be taken just fine in second without using the clutch and just engine braking though, but that depends a lot on the car.

I have legit not seen a single actual Minion post ever. I've only ever seen people complain about it or make meme versions of the pictures.
you must not frequent facebook
Yeah, not really. I don't use my Facebook for much at all. I'm only friends with close family and a few actual friends of mine. Never look at feeds or walls or whatever it all is.

What a time to be into law. Regulatory expansion, here I come.
I once was talking to two of my friends who do law. The one said that lawyers will always be around because "we've built caveats and loopholes into the legal system so as to make ourselves permanently necessary".
Fuck lawyers.
Eh, gotta disagree with them. Lawyers and jurists will always be around because of the very nature of law and our society. ""Law is the formal glue that holds fundamentally disorganised societies together" and all that. It's a necessary part of our lives and due to the fact that it's incredibly complex and part of just about everything you can think of, in addition to it changing along with society, culture, technology and current events, lawyers and jurists will never go out of business because it's up to us to draft, update, interpret and apply the law to specific cases. And if your friends consider the need for practical application a loophole, then they've really missed the point of what it is all about.

Tbh I was super tired when you posted it so I was too lazy to write a response, so congrats! Did it have a good nature?
Nope, it had fucking Serious nature (doesn't increase or decrease anything) and only 3 or 4 IV' s (and not even all in the good stats). Don't really care though, I'm not too interested in competitive pokemon. Although I did get a Ralts with Synchronize for my next target.

Couldn't tell you. I used to read all the time, but university outright killed recreational reading for me. With all the reading, studying and research to do on top of 4-6 hours of class a day, the last thing I wanted to spend my free time doing was going through more books.
