Nice. It was.sacrilegious of them to not put it on PC.
Quake coming to Steam? YES.

Players may now hold jump to continuously jump.
Players may now hold forward and jump to 'bunny hop'.
Introduced Loadouts in select modes.
Added in-world item timers for "major" items.
Added damage number indicators for damage dealt.

FUCKING NO.

Cool, ill give it a try now that its coming to Steam.
I just hope that this new approach of appealing to new players won't ruin the game.

One of the first things you learn in Biology:
You cannot prove or disprove the existence of God.
Because you cannot "recreate" the origin of life in a lab, which is necessary for a reliable experiment.
Ever heard of the Miller experiment? It's only a single experiment which is part of a much larger science called Abiogenesis, or the study of the origin of life. Although we're not there just yet, there's pretty compelling evidence that we have a decent understanding of how life formed.

Besides, why does anyone even have to disprove a god? The concept of a burden of proof seems impossible to grasp for some religious people. If I claim that I have an invisible miniature living dinosaur with telekinetic superpowers in my pocket, it's not up to you to disprove that I don't. It's up to me to prove that I do. Same concept applies to religion.

You're the one making the outrageous claims that the universe was created by an omnipotent and omniscient bearded man in the sky that does things with angels, devils and his zombie son, so it is up to you to show at least some proof of that. And seeing how you can't do that, there shouldn't even exist a serious discussion in the first place.

Still a ninja. And I don't get the hate either, he's a good moderator and a nice guy.

Is it against the law for women to get drunk?
Not at all. Why would you even suggest that?

Dark souls 1
There's not very many intelligence weapons in DS1, so unless you're looking to go full sorcerer and use nothing but spells, I'd recommend getting your dexterity up.

The Moonlight Greatsword or Velka's Rapier are probably your best choice, although enchanted rapiersor thrusting swords will work well too.

Is this for PVE or PVP?

Wikipedia is pretty good for some subjects.

Well... she isn't wrong. At least in the sense that rape statistics would improve if women would stop getting drunk.

True. Hopefully he can get there soon. c:
Agreed, I do enjoy watching him play. He's also ranked very high, he just hasn't been able to show it on a grand slam.

You have a point.

But there's still no good new players. There's no up and coming players.
Yeah, you have a point there. Seems to be getting harder for young upcoming players to make their way into the top ranks. That'll probably come with age though. A few exceptions (Nadal) aside, most great tennis players don't bloom until their late 20s.

Milos Raonic :c
Raonic is a good player, but he's been a pro for almost 7 years and hasn't played a single grandfinal of a grand slam. Not exactly an upcoming talent anymore.

There are a few good matches here and there, but it just isn't the same.
I feel like a lot of that is nostalgia. I too have very fond memories of those great times for tennis, but if I'm honest with myself I know that there's still just as many great and shitty matches as back in the day. It's not the bland that sticks in memory, only the great and outstanding does.

They just don't play like they used to.

I mean like 10 years ago. There's nobody like the great players of those days. It's like watching a bunch of college kids play.
Can't say I agree. The Sampras - Agassi rivalry was great, but the tennis definitely hasn't gotten any worse. At least for the best matchups, that is. I see what you mean when talking about random games where neither player gives himself 100%, but there's plenty of great and long games where both players give it their all.

As I'm sure you are all aware, yesterday marked the start of the greatest American sporting event of the year. That's right, I am of course talking about the final grand slam of the year: the U.S. Open. Not as great as Roland Garros, but not as bad as Wimbledon, this is still a gem to watch.

Anyone else watching? Shame that Nadal isn't playing because of a wrist injury.

So I'm a little stuck on my sorcerer build. I don't really know what weapon to use, I'm going to get my vitality and endurance to 20, att to 19 and dex to 16 and then however high I can get my intelligence. I hear rapiers are ideal but I'm not too sure. Any recommendations?
Dark Souls 1 or 2? I'm guessing 1, but could be both.

Despite being a firm supporter of the EU, this shit ticks me off.

Pretty sure that most of us aren't exactly being completely serious when joking about "feminazis" and the likes, and that the vast majority doesn't actually think that every feminist is a batshit insane extremist or that every tumblr user is a transfat otherkin multi-ethnic demisexual who rants about how her college doesn't provide separate bathrooms for people who identify as lesbian turtles.

Haha well they seem to be determined to change that fact as far as miracles go lol
I have no issues with offensive miracles, but the buffs really do ruin PVP to some extent. It's very common to find yourself opponents who start every single fight by consecutively casting sacred oath, sunlight blade, numbness, resonant flesh and great magic barrier to become basically unstoppable. I'm glad they're going to do something about that.
