Not in that case, no. I mean, you still can but probably shouldn't. You risk them throwing out complaints by arguing that it's non-Americans interfering, so if you do you should make it very clear that you're Canadian (at which point they'll probably just disregard your comment). But if you're Canadian you don't have that much to worry about here.

Last week, Belgium's Gaming Commission announced that it had launched an investigation into whether the loot boxes available for purchase in games like Overwatch and Star Wars Battlefront 2 constitute a form of gambling. Today, VTM News reported that the ruling is in, and the answer is yes.
The Google translation is a little sloppy, as usual, but the message is clear enough. "The mixing of money and addiction is gambling," the Gaming Commission declared. Belgium's Minister of Justice Koen Geens also weighed in, saying, "Mixing gambling and gaming, especially at a young age, is dangerous for the mental health of the child."
Geens, according to the report, wants to ban in-game purchases outright (correction: if you don't know exactly what you're purchasing), and not just in Belgium: He said the process will take time, "because we have to go to Europe. We will certainly try to ban it."
And now, things will start to get interesting. I've reached out to the Gaming Commission for more information, and will update if I receive a reply.

I wish. I really struggle sleeping on planes. It never works for me and I've done well over a 100k miles. Jealous of the people who can do that. My dad is asleep two minutes after getting on the plane, fml.

Was on a 14 hour flight to Malaysia from Schipol(?), Amsterdam. With that much time and with the right schedule you can try to sleep through a majority of it.
I had KLM on a 747 though, so apart from reading a book for about 2-3 hours, there was also TV series and films to watch. Ended up watching GotG 2 a few weeks after release through it.
Unfortunately I was on economy seating, so no space to sleep comfortably, or hoist anything larger than a magazine in front of me.
Same here, although I've got two flights. Not looking forward to that.

I mostly just stay up the night before and then nap throughout the flight. otherwise I download a couple movies to watch and some music.
I always try that but I'm awful at sleeping on planes. Last time I did it I didn't sleep for a second and ended up awake for 40 something hours.

- Watching movies (brought my own laptop + HDD with stuff on there, and the trans-atlantic flight should have an on-board entertainment system)

- Doing work
- Playing pokemon on my DS
- (Sleeping, as if)

Isn't misuse of funds part of the reason why school loans systems are so often fucked? I regularly see people talk about how they spend their schooling money on games, trips, hardware and so on, which clearly is not what it's intended for. For all the people I see complaining (and rightfully so) about how messed up the system is, I see a lot of them indirectly contributing it by driving up expenses by spending school money on luxuries.
