Now that you mention it, I didn't get my period last month. :/
:O
Actually, now that I think about it, I haven't gotten a period at all in the 22 years of my life. Elegiac what does this mean?
You're a glitch in the matrix.
You think it may have got something to do with the fact that I'm male, though?

It has a very impressive, fun and at the time revolutionary physics engine, but that's about it. There isn't much more to it that made the game absolutely stand out in my opinion.

Well, trespassing for one. Pretending to be in the military grants you access to bases (though I'd hope MP's or whoever guards the entrance actually check ID's...).
Then from trespassing, theft. Assuming you were able to get into a base, you could always help yourself to some fancy military hardware.
Those could be just kept two individual offences though. Trespassing as a crime, and theft. Doing so while wearing a military uniform and impersonating a soldier could be an aggravating circumstance.

Article 29 of the Universal Declaration of Human RIghts.
(1) Everyone has duties to the community in which alone the free and full development of his personality is possible. (2) In the exercise of his rights and freedoms, everyone shall be subject only to such limitations as are determined by law solely for the purpose of securing due recognition and respect for the rights and freedoms of others and of meeting the just requirements of morality, public order and the general welfare in a democratic society

Someone needs to get out of the closet.
Someone needs to get in to the closet. I want you in there with me.
For a wonderful game of hide and seek?

I don't understand how these riots can still be going over something that happened 4 months ago.
As far as I understand, there's little to no riots happening right now, nor have there been many in the past few weeks. What is stirring everything up again is that the jury's decision on whether or not charges should be brought against the cop should arrive somewhere this month. It's very likely to assume that if the jury decides that the cop is not guilty, it'll lead to even more (and perhaps even more violent too) protests, hence the current state of emergency, presence of the national guard and warnings like this.

It shouldn't be. Any frauduleus of it should just fall under the crime of fraud.

I don't even wonder why this is a thing.
Because of two bombs. And how they're not enough.

I'm going for free to a smallish regional university for Computer Science. Its not my number one thing I want to major in but what I do want to major in has little no employment opportunities
What is it that you really do want to major in?
History, it is my true love but being a teacher in the US is shit and getting my PhD to become a professor is too much of a time commitment plus the college professor job market isn't the most open one out there.
Fair enough. Sucks how practicalities often get in the way of ideals and dreams.

That's not what stealing means.
Con = stealing
Not legally. At least, it definitely shouldn't be.
It can be classified as fraud in some cases, which is completely justified. Of course cons are hard to find.
That's my point. They're not theft, they're fraud. Legally speaking, two different things. Whoever gave this person food or money gave him permission to take and receive those goods. Whether or not this happened under false pretenses makes no difference, it still isn't theft.
Fraud is theft when it's used to steal?
Fraud already entails the obtaining of another person's goods, so you can't technically use fraud to steal. Either way, this is just a discussion on semantics and the difference between the legal and common usage of the words stealing and theft. Doesn't really matter either way.

Currently there's no release date on the mod That is because it's probably years away from completion, if it ever gets done. Not to be all pessimistic over here, but this would definitely not be the first time I've seen people come with an incredibly amibitious project that never got past the development stage.
Looks good though.
Of course it would be years away from completion, they only work on it in their free time, and even then only a portion of their free time is spent on it. If more people know about it though, then they could possibly get more contributions towards the mod, or donations so they can work on it more. It is also nice to follow projects like these if you are interested in them. By the time Fallout 4 comes out, we could possibly have that and this basically new Fallout game in Texas. That would be fucking cool.
Just giving a fair warning to people not to get their hopes up. This may seem cool, but it's not very likely this project will ever see the light of day. And if it ever does, it'll be years from now and will probably not live up to expectations.

Isn't the area currently in a state of emergency too?
Not sure. If the cop isn't found guilty, though, I'm sure there will be rioting.
I'm sure, it is in a state of emergency.

He's a good administrator who seems very invested in the site and community. No complaints there. Other than that, I don't know him particularly well on a more personal level, but he seems nice enough.
