They can drink at bars all they like or at friend's houses. But not on campus. Anybody drinking on campus gets expelled, just like they would for using any other drug. Fair enough. What about people who get drunk outside of campus and then come back to party? That way when there's a rape it's off campus and the police can actually get involved. There's no way for the school to cover anything up.
From the sound of it, these rapes happen with or without alcohol just the same. The school should never be allowed to cover it up anyways, which we both seem to agree on.

That is going to be incredibly hard to enforce though. Wouldn't it be better to lower the drinking age to a more reasonable one, so that people "learn" to deal with alcohol rather than get absolutely wasted as soon as they turn 21 or when they're first introduced to it at some party in college?
I don't see why people need to use drugs while they're in school.
Trust me, neither do I. But we've been shown that absolute prohibition simply does not work and would probably only amount to more abuse and unwanted practices. I think a more sensible solution would be not to "villify" alcohol and hype it up to this ridiculous extent, but educate people and actually allow them to get in contact with it in a responsible matter. That seems much more desirable to me than simply telling young people never to drink and stay away from the evil that is alcohol, while simulatenously promoting drinking and booze through media. The only thing that leads to is sheltered kids who end up in college where seemingly no rules apply and then get overexposed to alcohol.

It really isn't. The more I read about Destiny, the more disappointed in Bungie I get. This is the company that I used to praise with friends. The company that did the most awesome things of any game developer I knew, like the Bungie Day stuff (hooking up with a team of 4 to find Bungie for a steak or Recon? Hell yes.), free maps for DLC, the awesome weekly updates and the picture/clip/forge contests. The company that actually seemed to care for its fans and the people who played their games. Bungie is dead. They made the latest and greatest AAA title, more expensive than any other game before, and it failed. Disc locked content? Virtually no story? "Become a free style legend" stunt sparrow DLC? Bland, repetitive and downright lackluster missions, gameplay and multiplayer? Tolerating and even encouraging the dozens of mentally challenged 12 year old "desticles" that are now their target audience and core community while seemingly willingly driving away anyone who's been there for years? Destiny won't get better. And neither will Bungie. I'm glad you still enjoy the game, but do yourself a favor and don't try to convince yourself that things are looking up because of a few overpriced new items and quests. It'll only lead to more disappointment.
