As far as I'm aware, strictly speaking "net neutrality" only applies to actual ISP's and the government. I don't know if T-Mobile would technically fall under that.
Well, they're providing access to internet sites and services, so I would expect them to have to play by the same rules as a traditional ISP.
That is what you would expect, but one of the things I've come to learn about law is that it usually isn't that simlpe. A single word or definition can be read a lot of different ways. Either way, I'd be inclined to say that this doesn't infringe on net neutrality as there are no disadvantages for customers. T-Mobile is not toggling speeds or making you pay more for certain services. They simply listened to what their clients and statistics said, and then made it so that the most popular music services don't deduct from your mobile data. Admittedly, this is very debatable though.

If this is about the gun debates, I fully agree. I'm what some may consider pretty anti-gun and very in favor of gun control and proper legislation, but these people hurt this side of the debate as much as the redneck tinfoil hatters who think that "king osama is taking our guns to make us all muslims!!!" is a valid argument.

There should be, yes. Mr. P already stole what I was planning on saying, but this distinction still has its uses to differentiate treatments and diagnoses on the one hand, and determine a person's legal position and capacity on the other.
You do have a point though, as the stigmatization of "mental" illnesses needs to stop, and both mental and physical should be recognized as illnesses and treated equally as such.

Why did you want to become a monitor?
Numerous reasons. I like this community and would like to help out more. I'm invested in the site and sign on daily, most importantly at a time when there are no other staff members online. I also like to think that I have quite a bit of moderating experience and am a decent staff member. So basically, I thought I met the requirements and I wouldn't mind helping out with the management of this site. Turns out Cheat thought the same, so here I am.

Security and people telling me I'm great at debating and explaining stuff. I was much more interested in history or film/photography, but neither of those offer very secure jobs. A law degree, especially one from my university, opens a lot of doors.
Besides, I wanted a challenge. High school wasn't very challenging at all, so I deliberately looked for something where only 20% of all people who start their education actually graduate. In retrospect, this was an extremely foolish decision that I very much regret. I hate how hard and stressful it is, and to be quite honest with you, law really doesn't interest me all that much.
Ah I see >.>
You shouldn't ever be wanting for work though, so that's a plus.
Gotta graduate first though. Not done just yet, unfortunately.
