not particularly profound though
Doesn't need to be.
i think it does

there's no use in saying something everyone already knows/agrees on
There's more going on in this thread than your discussion on whether or not Tool counts as metal. On the topic of liking music or how awful you think someone else's favorite ban his, I feel like the comment was profound enough. People enjoy what they're going to enjoy. "Your taste is absolute shit and you shouldn't even have an opinion on music because you're not as knowledgable on classical composers and 60's rock bands as I am" is pretty damn stupid and senseless.

Taste in music is based on the person who's listening, not everyone is going to love your favorite song, but that doesn't mean you get to throw a bitch fit over it.

That's my input on this thread, now bye.
It's some very sensible input.

You are all very welcome to discuss music, but don't let this turn into fighting and insults.

tropes are just tools
it's how you use em
Which doesn't take away from how certain tropes are just obnoxious.

Maybe I should take up the Verby challenge too. Last time I tried watching an anime didn't end very well.
Name what you're into.
The more serious stuff that has as little anime tropes as possible.
Whats been suggested to verby. Darker than Black is great too.
Ergo Proxy.
I might try one of those then.

Really? Interesting. I liked it too, but I don't hear about the movie very often from people, let alone that they enjoyed the ending.
Strange. It's generally considered one of the best movies ever made.

I recently saw the movie Red Dawn with Josh as the lead. It was terrible and the kid can't really act.

Never cared much about the show.

Xbox gwg only works that way on 360.
Which is perfect for me, because that's the console I own. I'm not looking for any other subscription based service.

Probably not for quite some time. There probably are new features coming though, so don't worry.
Like a current anime release tracker widget thng?
I will personally ban every single person ever to have talked about anime in a fit of uncontrollable rage if I wake up one morning to see weebery widgets on my precious Sep7agon. And then I will shoot myself because such a world would not be worth living in.
This is how I feel every day with a Brony in a position of authority over me.
Aw, cheer up.

Isara, don't fail us now!
Now that I think about it, I don't really know where I'd get my hands on a gun. I guess OD'ing on meds might be a better idea.
Go rob a shipment of FNC's that are going to America.
