Finished work for a friend's birthday. Actually found a printing company that may be able to print digital work onto canvas, so I'll be contacting them up to see if I can get this turned into something.

I did another test with the previous image as well, mainly changing the atmosphere but also trying something different with my brush emulation filters.

One of the things that's always bothered me a bit is that when I run a filter over an image, there's some parts that I like, and others that I don't. In this image I tried cutting it up into bits and running different filters for each segment, and then putting them all back together again.

It's an early test, but I think if I refine it, it'll allow for much more flexability.

Finished two panels today and altered my colour pallate to what I figure suits the darker nature of the story. Colour's also gonna be important later on, so a limited pallete will help things shine, I think. Only a couple days in and I'm learning fuck tons.

Love how panel ten turned out. I'm excited to keep this up, since now I'll be shifting from less narration and more presentation. It'll take more scenebuilding and consideration out of me and put my technical knowledge of my program to the test.
