The Flood / Re: Leaked footage of the Tower of Joy fight for S6 (GoT)« on: October 01, 2015, 01:35:20 PM »It'd also be cool if they devoted an entire episode or two to past content. Though they've already left out so many characters and plotlines it seems like it might be a waste of showtime. There's talks in the works about possibly extending the series to 8 seasons instead of 7. That would hopefully provide season 6 as a sort of breather season to develop the AFFC story lines that were abdicated from S4 and S5, then S7 and 8 should be a continuation of WoW and ADoS. At least, that's how I'd like to see it pan out anyway. 3487

Logistically speaking, the amount of tax revenue generated from smoking far outweighs the expenditure used on it.
There is no tax for being a hamgalaxy, so yeah, shovelling gratuitous amounts of food into your porkhole is objectively worse than sparking up. 3490

inb5toasterquality From what I can gather it looks like Arthur Dayne (I assume that's who Ned is fighting) is duel wielding for some reason. Howland Reed doesn't look like a strong participant in the fight, unless he's using some sort of Greenseer magic to placate Dayne before stabbing him with his Trident. Fuck, maybe Ned was more skilled than we previously thought. 3491
Serious / Re: Dogmatic communism and the Authoritarian Left« on: October 01, 2015, 11:08:38 AM »Ah sorry, misunderstanding. Just came back from an operation. Not at 100% right now.https://coreyrobin.files.wordpress.com/2014/04/bel-2010-nazi-privatizations1.pdfThey were far and few between though. Hitler only used it as a political tool for rearmament because he realised initially how effective it was. He strongly supported nationalization during the run up to the elections. I'm still hesitant to call it 'invigorated' though. High standard of living and in an increase in public expenditure isn't something I would call invigorated. 3492

Hitler only used it as a political tool for rearmament because he realised initially how effective it was. He strongly supported nationalization during the run up to the elections. It was literally pocket change for fiscal revenue. Quote Literally proves my point. Within months of Hitler's election the stock market was rising rapidly.Check my edit. 3493
Serious / Re: Dogmatic communism and the Authoritarian Left« on: October 01, 2015, 10:40:37 AM »Some, like steel and iron. Early on he privatized quite a bit.Such as? Enclosed nationalization of the economy was a priority for Hitler because it aligned with the National Socialist beliefs of a strong pure bred nation. Whether it was effective or not was pretty much irrelevant to him. If that's what you're referring to as 'privatization' then absolutely. But it's not, by any means, capitalistic. Quote Well that's just patently untrue. Germany was beginning to thrive long before the war began.Employment rose, but not much else. The average German was working over 50 hours a week to compensate for the turbulent increases in the standard of living. 3494
Serious / Re: Euthenasia« on: October 01, 2015, 10:28:36 AM »
Just to play devil's advocate, there would have to be strict regulation in place to prevent some kind of exploitation of the system by psychopaths and generally vindictive people.
I'm all for the legalisation of euthanasia, but I can see why hospitals and medical professionals would be a bit reticent about it. 3495

I would honestly vote for a third party if I was a burgerclap at this point. The potential candidates from either mainstream party are just horrendous. It's like an option between an extremely scolding shower or an extremely freezing one.
