Competitive face rubbing minigame should be a thing.

The first thing I thought of when I saw this and SMT X FE in the Direct was,
"lol weeb simulator 2016 here."
Any new info has only pushed me further away.

I win 3-1 and 3-0; I saved both replays.

Lol told you guys I suck at smash
Your Yoshi was pretty good, I found it hard to counter while using Lucas.
Against Falcon, after almost getting two 0 to death kills with Bowser, I pretty much just got one huge adrenaline boost that powered me through; so I can't really critique your Falcon.

Other than that, if you start creating patterns (i.e. Frequently using down B as Yoshi in the air), your opponent willl soon catch on and punish.
You aren't really a bad player, but not a great player either. The potential is there but you just need practice.

Hell, the only reason I love Lucas as much as I do is because of Mother 3. I he doesn't even look like an appealing character until you see what he's been through and how he changes over the course of the game.

The new ones seem really cool, hopefully they are fairly balanced.

However does anyone else think giving Little Mac that K.O meter was just a bad idea? He's already overpowered in some areas so giving him a potential one hit kill move is ridiculous.
No because if you stand on the edge and backthrow you can kill from 0%

not always, which negates that
I've found only 3 or so competent Little Macs and one of them is TBlocks.
All most I've found do is side special, counter and dash attack.
Predictable.

I'm not talking about skill level, but character design. Nobody has a move as strong as that, and Little Mac if used properly is already good enough without that 1 hit K.O

His Smash attacks can mop the floor with people. He's the only character that I think is super unbalanced.
It really does depend on the player. The best way to beat a Little Mac is by focusing on reading their attacks.

Also Fuck nintendo's continuing to shit on Metroid
https://www.change.org/p/nintendo-petition-for-cancelation-of-metroid-prime-federation-force
I legitimately hate these people. Do they seriously think cancelling this game will get them their Metroid Prime U? It won't, it'll only further convince Nintendo that people really don't want innovation in their franchises. Literally the only reasons people are shititng on this is because it doesn't have Samus and dem graphucks. It's a spin-off!

I just don't get this, it could be a fantastic game (I'm actually pretty hyped for it) but they don't care because it doesn't look like what they want. Jesus christ, petition for Metroid U, not petition against a whole game that's well on it's way being finished getting canceled.

You know I would agree with you, I was exited when I first saw this. I had always wanted a Galactic Federation Metroid game. I've always wanted Co-Op and to have multiplayer back...

...but then Nintendo announced on twitter that it's literaly just a generic mission based shooter. There is no innovation here, and worse there is no exploration. It's realy just a Halo-Knock off with a Griffball knock off to go with it.

I wouldnt mind if the game actualy brought something to the table but it doesnt. What's worse is that this is a slap in the face when you concider Metroid's 30th anniversary is coming up and all we get is a game with the metroid title just tacked on to it.

I dont care about the graphics or plying as samus. The game could have Mincraft graphics and have you playing as A cyborg Patric Stewart catgirl just so long as I get the core elements of Metroid, those being the exploration and atmosphere, but to get that it looks like I will have to settle for another Dark Souls game that I will never be able to Finnish.

An article I saw about the petition said it best. That the petition is going about things the wrong way, because what they want isnt truely for the game to be canceled, just for us to get a dignified Metroid game.

The good news is that one of the guys from Retro commented on the 3ds game giving his opinion and he's essentialy confirmed another prime game is going to be made that involves Samus and Sylux. And I think Nintendo should have just told us that during the conference to keep people from freaking out.
That's great that they pretty much confirmed a new one. At the very most they would rename it, not cancel a whole fucking game.
I'm still hype for Federation Force, who gives a shit if it's in the Metroid universe, we'll get another Metroid eventually with the fan hype.

(This is including only the conferences since that's where most of the hype is)

Rate this year's E3 based on how good the conferences were together.

Spoiler
My opinions on the conferences:
Bethesda 8/10
Microsoft 6/10
EA 2/10
Ubisoft 7/10
Sony 8/10
Nintendo 7/10
Squeenix 4/10
PC 4/10

I averaged this and rounded to get a 6/10

WHAT WERE THE FUCKING GAMES

My post on another site regarding my thoughts:
Spoiler
(Including the Digital Event, World Championship and Treehouse stuff)

- No Wolf/Smash DLC

- No Mario Kart 8 DLC

- Only 45 minutes

- No Mother 3

- Animal Crossing becoming the new shitty spin-off series

- Fire Emblem: Weeb Simulator 2016

- Abrupt ending with a fan montage

——————————————————————————————

+ Hype Star Fox Zero

+ Super Mario Maker

+ Mario & Luigi Paper Jam

+ Mario Tennis Ultra Smash

+ Xenoblade Chronicles X

+ Metroid Prime: Federation Force

+ Zelda Triforce Heroes

+ Yoshi's Woolly World

+ Treehouse stream

+ Minimal Amiibo news

+ Nintendo World Championships
————————————————————————————————--

I'm neutral on Hyrule Warriors Legends because I didn't really like the first one but I'm happy for people who are excited about it; I just wish I didn't get leaked.

I thought it was pretty bad until I looked over the conference and what was announced and I realized I enjoyed it quite a bit.

I wasn't nearly perfect and had quite a few dull points and flaws, but it was pretty good in my opinion.

The thing is, they never really continued the hype that they started the coonference with using Star Fox. The ending left me feeling quite cheated, but I'm enjoying the Treehouse stream (except for those stupid single moms who have no clue what a video game is playing Happy Home Designer).

As I said, once I looked over the announcements, I found I liked a lot of what was announced; many of them aren't huge games and that's why I was surprised when it ended.

It wasn't great but it wasn't bad, which is why I'd rate it a 7/10. It delivered on quite a few things but still felt like a normal direct.
