The incredibly mixed reviews on it have me constantly putting off importing it from Bongland, since, once again, I don't think a US publisher has taken it up.
Awesome. I live in bongland so I may order it then let you know how it is. I loved 2033, I hope 34 carries this on. We need more post-nuclear fiction, it's such an interesting genre. Why no Fallout books?
I just wish the game kept closer to the book..

I expected everyone else to clearly see the joke. It's kinda hard to see a joke when the so called joke post has nothing that implies it's a joke. And it's posted to something that s nothing to go along with it. Usually if you post something as a joke to something the post goes along with the post it's replied to. Yours didn't.
Guess I better put a great big fucking spoiler saying "ITS A JOKE" next time. Like I said you're most likely saying it's a joke due to damage control. There is nothing in that post that implied it was a joke and it wasn't posted at something for it to be a joke. When Snake brought that up you avoided it. When I brought that up you avoided it and only posted about Halo Wars. Then when I brought it up a 2nd time that's when you responded to it and said it was a joke. You're just saying its a joke because of damage control and you now it. If it truly was a joke then you shouldn't have been avoiding the question that much when asked about it. The first time it was brought up by snake that's when you should have said it was a joke.

The fact that you just said that only further emphasizes your delusions. You have absolutely no proof that I am a "CE" fanboy.
Just because you didn't play Halo 1 or 2 in the "Golden Age of Nostalgia*" doesn't make Halo 3 good.
Almost everything about Halo 3 is just bad. Ironically, it's the most dated of all 4 games.
I cringe when people try to tell me it's the best in the series. Of all the Halo games, it's the most pointless, poorly-written, and boring game in the franchise.
*refers to the time in every gamer's life where they play a game that induces nostalgia every time they return to it
Halo Reach is the greatest Halo ever made IMO actually, 3 is just the best in the MCC overall, although I prefer my Halo 2 nostalgia
You were 10 years old when Halo: Reach came out. If this doesn't invalidate, or at least, discredit your opinion, I don't know what does.
Sure, Reach did lots right, but it was basically the pre-pre-pre-alpha version of Destiny with a Halo skin on it. It wasn't Halo, at all. It's better than 3, but so is every other installment in the franchise.

How is this even an opinion?
Armour abilities, bloom, movement speed, jump height... all of these things were introduced or butchered in Reach. It didn't start getting better until 343i took over.
Forge used to be the best in Reach, but it's far better in H2A. Same with custom games. The campaign is dreadful, the only thing it does right is set pieces and skyboxes. The characters suck, the dialogue is almost as bad as 3, and the plot is predictable (inb4 it takes place before CE of course we know what happens).
So, sure. Reach used to have the best custom games/forge in the series (which I don't think many people will contest) until the MCC came out. Now it has nothing go for it.
Why am I even arguing with you? Reach is your nostalgia game.
