Secondly, Goku wasn't defeated by Cell like he was with Bills.He's the most original because he mirror's Goku. He's not a bad guy, he just happens to be the God of destruction.He didn't lose to Kid Buu. Otherwise Kid Buu would still be alive. We're not talking technicalities, we're talking factual outcomes. And factually, Goku won. Like I said, Toriyama made Vegeta stronger than Goku in SSj2 form because he wanted to emphasize the shift from focus on transformations. Just like in the Cell saga, Goku and Gohan were far stronger in their mastered forms of Ssj1 than they were when they first attained it.I'm pretty sure that Gohan can still turn super saiyan. But that might be left up to interpretation.

That was a major plot point in the story. He did it to Raditz, Frieza's hench men, Frieza himself, then Cell. Vegeta has never showed great untapped potential unlocked by anger.5 extremely weak SS's turning one into a god is just a weak point pulled out of no where.
