Out of all levels you had trouble on Outskirts? I know Jackal Snipers are a pain, but that level was easy-peasy. Gravemind can eat a dick though. That first room you're in literally has no good spots to get shots on the Brutes that tear you to shreds with Carbines.
RNGravemind took me like 30 minutes just to get out of the first room because of the incessant waves of Covenant. Ended up managing to grenade jump to the top to sit back and take potshots with a carbine ayy.

tbh it was just grindy. If you got sent back to the start of a mission each death then it'd be some fair old bullshit, but the Checkpoints help, provided you don't die so much as to get sent back 2 checkpoints.

It depends what we're defining as "hard" here. The Legend of Zelda: OoT's overall gameplay was relatively easy aside from navigating some dungeons and a few bosses, but holy fuck was it unclear where you had to go to get the fucking kokiri sword. I kept trying to play from the start to no avail, and eventually gave up and used a walkthrough. Pre annoying stuff.
Other than that, most side scrolling platformers I've played seem to be obscenely hard. I've never actually finished Xargon or Gex by myself.

Never mind, I'm thinking of the wrong site. There was this one Smash community where almost every thread in the general discussion board had the key phrase "This salty guy on FG today..." It also had a subforum for literally every character, where if your flair denoting your Main was different to the character of the subforum, you couldn't contribute to any thread at all, because literally every other user on the website would come together in a truly gargantuan circlejerk, calling you out for saying anything about x character who you clearly know nothing about, because your flair depicts y character, and you therefore know nothing about x. I didn't even bother making an account after looking at 30 odd threads of pure shit on the front pages. I just checked Smashboards and the layout looks different tbh fam.

Thanks, and yeah he's definitely the best ZSS I've ever played in my life and one of the best people I've played. Some of the stuff he did I have never seen before.
Nah it wasn't at Shockwave. We're in the same state and he was visiting my city for a music convention.

vs. Paw (my favorite of the night) vs. FX | Dakpo (best Zero Suit Samus in Texas) You're actually insane fam, but damn, Dakpo's ZSS isn't shorthanded in the early KO department. Some of those above/off stage combos could probably give a fully charged flare blade a run for its money in terms of KO% This at shockwave?

It saddens me that you judge a game soleley based on it's 'playability' and 'functionality', a true patrician sees through the low-budget poor budget of a game with shitty AI to see the concept. The kernel of the vidyas soul that lays at the center of every game.
It's like that special job that takes years and years of training to determine the sex of chicks by squeezing them correctly. 6 digit salary might I add. Once you learn to squeeze games correctly to determine their sex, then you will return to my thread, and you will return as a patrician but it not this day.
I actually liked some of the quirks of the glitchy AI. The one where they sprint and prone in place repeatedly when they're off their normal pathway and deciding where to go cracks me up every time. Road Rash 64 is loaded with glitches, almost all of which contribute to its hilarity. You'll notice I've given it an SS grade. Snapping to you though, is straight up bullshit. If their accuracy wasn't impeded by the spread you're almost 100% guaranteed to come off second best in a duel. I'm not afraid to detract points where they count fam.

Because you posted a nice long comprehensive list, I'm just going to judge you off your SS.
Unfortunately, that list only contains two good games, them being :
Worms 2 and Unreal Tournament 2003-2004.
What truly bamboozles me is the fact that a rational being, (which I no longer think you are), could sit-back and think to themsleves the following :
"I believe that the objective, obscure, cult-classic masterpiece that is Enemy Territory: Quake Wars belongs in the lowest slot of my rating system. Furthermore I believe that Super-Reddit Brothers 4 belongs orders of magnitude above this."
This enrages me. Truly enrages me. More than perhaps any other list here. I take no joy in this judgement, yet nor do I hesitate in dealing it.
Certified low-moderate-tier plebian.
It was a solid title, yes, but it had flaws, particularly with the AI, that hampered my enjoyment of the game. I'd often crash ingame and I found that a lot of teams were stacked with Covert Ops/Infiltrator, which severely hampered the online gameplay. One could expect to do well with kills, without reliably defending the objective, making it annoying regardless of who's team they're on. I can't tell you how many times I've seen people be killed by a disguised enemy outside the Spawn gates/in a good hiding spot because they're too stupid to recognize a teammate running straight for them. This, combined with the Tormentor and Anansi being pretty much broken unless the opposing team had a particularly proficient driver of a vehicle with a Machinegun really dragged down the grade. That said, I still enjoy the game and play it to this day. Also Sm4sh is my current go-to game, and I haven't actually tried to be anywhere near this competitive since Halo CE in the late 2000's. It genuinely has me hooked. I don't feel I need to explain my choices further.
