Project M is definitive Smash. There's nothing more satisfying than landing the sickest combo playing as Larry the Lobster against the Majora's Mask Moon, lol.

Sorry, Verb.

Avatar: The Last Airbender is amazing too!
Oh ye, there's so much shit that went over my head as a kid that makes it such a good show too.

Glad I'm going back to watch my favourite childhood shows tbh, it's a bit hit and miss, but there's definitely some gold here. Wouldn't mind watching Pokemon past the Orange Islands series either.

The Flood / Re: Why are most people here self loathing?
« on: July 24, 2016, 08:42:41 AM »
Well, I can't speak for everybody, but when I hated myself it was mostly due to my lack of social intitative and not doing anything to improve myself as a person/change aspects of myself I didn't like, as well as some stuff I did as a younger person that ranges from being pretty bad to seriously unforgivable. It's pretty hard to move past that stuff.

Maybe psy can shed some light on this.

I'm actually really impressed that the original has aged so well. I started watching it with the impression that I might get bored in some parts, but no it's still really engaging and really sucks you in. (it's on netflix for those of you who don' t know)
Those series had so much attention to detail in the story considering they're mainly marketed towards Children. I'm halfway through Avatar: The Last Airbender and even as a 20 year old I think it's an amazing series.

The Flood / Re: what causes misanthropy
« on: July 24, 2016, 08:21:12 AM »
Selective perception of Humanity/a specific individual's actions overall mainly. Like, one uses major Wars/war crimes and environmental pollution, etc, as their main actions to judge the human race off instead of looking at shit from the other end of the spectrum too.

The Flood / Re: Dragon Ball Thread (DBS epispde 47)
« on: July 24, 2016, 08:16:54 AM »
this isn't filler, this is character shit

this is exactly the kind of stuff I want to see, it shouldn't all just be fighting. how could you not want to see Trunks interact with the rest of cast?
I regard the fight scene with Goku and Black as filler too, the character interaction was almost completely empty and could've been covered in a single scene. A flashback/forward episode showing Future Mai's reason for fighting alongside Humanity instead of hiding, or developing some other character would be much more enticing tbh.

I don't see why. We've dated for 4 years it's not like one night of sex would even matter
That's what I'm thinking too, but people's reasoning doesn't necessarily make a lot of sense.

The Flood / Re: weird laws in your area

You can start driving at 16 as long as you have a license and are supervised by a fully licensed driver, then at 18 you can start driving by yourself as long as you have less than 2 passengers between the age of 16 and 21 who aren't family, after a year on that special permit you move up to pretty much full license except you're not allowed to drive a car with more than 6 cylinders or forced aspiration and stupidly high insurance premiums, then after 280 kajillion years you're allowed to get your full license, assuming the dumbass non-workers at VicRoads haven't retroactively added another 50 years to their dumb permit laws. You're pretty much fucked if you're a sports car enthusiast. They have a massive hate boner for anything remotely fun looking.
