Do you mean he's tired of just trying to lead Russia because it's hard not to fuck things up with things there? Or he's just tired of interacting/the citizens? And yes make another thread I'd like that.
Just tired leading the country. Its a really tough job and he was doing it for almost 20 years. He needs a break or even better - retire.
Or decentralize the control over country, Russia is very big.
Thing is, he doesn't control it. Its all delegated and there are people responsible for districts and areas. The issue is that they take the budget money and - well MarKhan, you know how it is. But that is what happens when you hire your school friends and people with zero credibility.
Yeah, good people who have skills and wish to work for their country are dying breed right now and it`s not a fault of president itself but people in the country. At this point people must be more active and try to actually intercept and/or stop budget stealing, but there are two problems. First is organizing those people for such things, second is in case of success preventing budget stealing from happening again.
The big issue I notice in 'our people' is lack of solidarity. If its your problem, its not my problem and if you help someone else out and there is no 'reward' in it other than you not being a piece of shit - you are considered a лох.

My grandparents live in an apartment block and grandfather has issues finding parking space for his car. I suggested the neighbours get together and come up with dedicated parking spots for all the apartments - no one wanted to get involved cuz its not their problem.

And this is just one case of this 'not my problem-ism'.

Pensions getting cut - only pensioners go on protests. Why not their children or grandchildren? A few soldiers live in unacceptable conditions - only the affected soldiers raise the issue. Why no comrodary? Wy doesn't the entire army stand up for their own?

Because if you care about someone and there is no personal gain - you are a лох, Why not push it further? "guys look, Ivan and Sveta are raising their own child! Во лохи бля!"
People just don`t understand that it will be their problem in future. But when they finally understand, it might be too late to fix it.

Hard to pin-point the problem.
Cover with main character standing in some kind of pose or not is overused.

That's the general point yeah, but I'm just wondering what caused that format to be overused.
Maybe because it makes player imagine themselves as a badass guy with povers, as a hero. Maybe it`s also the reason SAO (or a tale about overpowered for no goddamn reason teenager ) is so popular

Regardless of length of your life, you'll die, so I propose you instead be calm and enjoy and appreciate every moment of it not because how short human life is but how inevitable is death.

The statement is a paradox and represents a mobius strip. If the statement is false, then the statement must be true. It is logic that winds back on itself, much like the conscious mind itself. This is a statement much like the winding stair cases of M. C. Escher.

Piracy is bad, but bad business practice is worse. If paid service is no better than free service and if mechanisms of supporting a developer/artist/musician in paid services are unclear, then people have no motivation to spend money.
