Hard, as probably everywhere else. Can`t say anything about politics, because lately I was busy with survival, can say only that there was one bullshit reform about cutting scholarship from persentage of students, which are lower in rating, so students with higher rating would receive higher scholarship (plot twist: system started working from January but increased scholarship must be only from this month) and there can be a second one, which cuts amount of time, needed to become bachelor, from 4 years to 3 years (which means learning process will become even more compressed). Outside of that, I'm in university right now, gonna have my bachelor degree this year, quality studying consumes all time. I have scholarship and I have room in chummery. I'm studying on computer sciences and am looking for job opportunities.

You can stumble across information on your favorite subjects, also you can learn people, their personalities and overall community atmosphere to use it to build some predictions, so yeah, it`s pretty useful. It`s time consuming though, you might dig something all night and not find anything.
