I started my own sad posting page. My therapist says it helps face your emotions. It honestly just makes me sadder...

I am emotional and numb at the same time, it`s like there is two or more people inside me, I think 4 at max
I feel sad and I don`t have any drift to do anything, but I don`t even have a reason to feel so neither I know what causes such behavior
Sometimes I'm surprised to how numb I feel about stuff I supposed to feel something
I don`t cut all emotions, so I could comprehend humans around me, since I live in human world
Anger usually makes me motivated to do something
Overall I'm so whack, which is neither good nor bad.

Alcohol costs money, plus you`ll be bother to people around when drinking or drunk. Like, come on, I'm pretty sure you'll wake up tommorow with clear head and you consider your idea about drinking bullshit. Do you really want to be a drunk walking mess, which vomits on it`s own keyboard until it stops working? Are you really so naive to think it will help you ease your pain?
If it eats you so much, why don`t you talk about it with someone? Are you worried about being a bother? There is so much people who share your pain and who would gladly listen to you. If you don`t talk about it, eventually you`ll turn into sad mess, people around will notice this and start worrying.
Actually you already start leaking out your pain, otherwise this thread wouldn`t even mention you being depressed. But if you lash out it on somebody dear while being drunk, it will be bad

I just started Samurai Champloo. It's been recommended to me a few times.
It`s alright, it has few flaws, but overall it`s ok.
