Ability to see five seconds into the future.
The vision is of something completely unrelated to me.

So is spamming posts actually against the rules? Like what if I just happen to reply a lot?

Star Wars is objectively shit--especially the OT.
There are no deeper meanings in those movies at all.
I have actually come to expect an explicit lack of understanding of the classical hero's epic from somebody so out of touch with humanities as yourself.

I must agree with this, and it's why I'm sitting with a bad taste in my mouth over all my favorite things. I don't want to be a hipster, but when you can't have any meaningful conversations with a fellow "fan" why bother? Everything you talk to them about will either fly over their head or you'll come off as an obsessive creepy fanboy. Getting more into the Star Wars subject, it is noticeable because there was a lot of subtext to it, even the Prequels for God's sake had a little bit of it, now I thought VII was good but all it did was just copy/paste the story of IV and give more of what the (and I hate to use this word) casuals wanted. "You want more lightsabers? How about a hilt fucking MADE out of it?! More crazy explosions? We'll give you the Death Star 2.0! Hey, remember how everyone loves R2 and 3PO? WELL WE GOT BB8 TO JOIN THE TEAM!" No subplots about where the current state of the Galaxy is, I didn't even know there was a Republic until half way through the film. No sun-stories being fleshed out through the MC's story, Han had his own problems and Luke just happened to make them more intricate, same with Leia. Here in VII, everybody just kinda revolves around Rey. It's part of what makes liking Star Wars so hard these days, nobody fucking gets almost all of the deeper meaning of the stories. Even the producers are missing most of what made the OT so great.

I like staring at the stars whenever things change too much and I don't like it. Out of all the different aspects in my life that are shifting and me having to adjust to them, the stars are the one thing that will always be the same in my lifetime. It takes millions, possibly billions of years for them to change so it puts me back at ease knowing there's always one thing in my own little world that can't be changed.

I definitely like my hair more when it's shorter, but there's always the awkward time when my front is just a little bit too long where combing it becomes pointless so I only get to have a nice style for about a month.

Just looked up my copy of 8.1, it's of course the $140 8.1 pro version. Luckily I get free shipping on Newegg....

Buy a Windows 7 OS and install it before doing anything with the computer. I imagine when it comes to getting a new PC there won't be much chance of having a windows 7 OS so that'd be the point where I bite the shit encrusted bullet and get W10.

No not yet, I'd like to though. There's only two I really really want to meet though.
Some of the other FL users don't really seem interested, RC and Vein don't show much of an interest.

The fact that Microsoft is so desperate at removing 8 and 8.1 and is gone so far to sneak 10 into my computer is very worrisome. How can I trust them when they're so quick to hide behind some poker face while continuously trying to push 10 into my hands? You really need to read my thread.

Seriously, I don't understand Microsoft's thought process on any of this shit. Forcing a square peg into a round hole will only make people want to jump ship faster. The only reason they're getting away with this is because Mac is for hippies and Linux is for Hipsters. Yeah. At some point I checked my update logs on my comp. It apparently forgot to update for a couple years. So I figured I'd clean house. I didn't see the 8.1 update hidden in there.
When it hit boy did it ever fuck over my programs. Half my shit didn't work. I spent weeks trying to find solutions and found out that microsoft basically said fuck you to people who wanted to uninstall that shit.
So I said fuck it and went to 10. At least all my shit works now.

So I went and looked at the disk case that I got with 8.1 over a year ago to see which version of 8.1 I'm ultimately going to have to buy on Newegg, but it just says "Windows 8.1 Full Version" in a dark blue case. I don't want to spend over a hundred bucks on a copy of 8.1 only to put in the product key and be told "Not the right version LOL". Does anyone know which version of 8.1 I have now?
