Another game of the girl having to piece it together from my fucking silence, God I'm so fucking pissed off at myself right now. Response, not word for word but something along the lines of "I don't know how to react to that right now, bring it up again the next time we meet."

Conversation then diverged into assuring me that she fully intends to come back come Hell or high water. Also said she'll try for me in terms of keeping up conversations.

I don't know what to feel right now.

I'm a bit more anxious than usual, because the three of us hung out on Wednesday all day, but I was very upset that we might not do something like this again, and it really got to me; I ended up crying when they were driving me back to my car and I stayed silent when they asked me what was wrong.

I texted both of them when I got home, apologizing for it, both said they were just worried. Haven't talked to her since.

She doesn't do anything 1 on 1 unless it's another female friend she knows well. According to our mutual friend she's just as inexperienced as I am, which is why I was told to go super snail slow pace.

We've gone to plenty of meet ups where it's just three of us, so I do talk to her quite a bit.

probably should have pulled a "hey we're coworkers and you're leaving let me take you out to lunch" to gauge her interest around the beginning of her last week.
Does she even know you like her?

5389
The Flood / Re: Going into the fray again

1. Didn't know her well enough before

2. Our mutual friend assured me she was coming back so I should take things super slow, but after several more conversation I'm unsure if her coming back is even true

Why in the world would you wait until she is about to leave to ask her out man?

The ANGLO way is without the fucking "U".

Any of you who used to know me somewhat well on B.next knew I had a shitty situation almost two years back with a girl. I [kind of/half-assed] asked her out since she was leaving, got a half answer, then she tells me over the phone she never wants to speak to me again.

Every time this happens I feel I get slightly better at it, but the sting still hits hard. It's rolling around again, closing the store tonight with a QT intern from Tennessee and tonight's her last night. I want to say something, anything, but the fear of awkwardness and rejection afterwards is holding me back. Plus I clock out an hour before she does so I have a feeling the Goodbyes are going to be quick and abrupt.

The positive note is that unlike the last several attempts, I do feel I built up a somewhat strong friendship with her, but that only makes this whole situation more volatile.

How do I go about this tonight without fucking up?

Lol how could the romance get to you? Those two have really shitty chemistry and all they talk about to each other is edgy shit about being trapped and how "madly in love" they are. Of course with a bland stale generic Gary Stu like fucking Jesu-Kirito it's hard to find any chemistry considering the lack of actual personality.

Even I couldn't finish this shitty anime. The love story got to me but not for long and got pretty bored pretty quickly.
