I've developed a new habit of having some Youtuber stream play in the background of whatever I'm doing.
It used to be just having the Metocast play whenever one was uploaded while doing something brain dead in FFXIV. But now I like just having it play whenever I'm just browsing the internet and forums. Since it's fucking bat-shit cold right now the AC isn't on so I'm kind of using it as substitute background noise only there's an actual conversation going on instead of just purple noise.
Does anyone else do this in some form?

Neither did I on my second alt Stark, but I still reached Noble on that one. I think I was Heroic for a time too then got banned by Daz when he found out that my alt. Holy shit was he a butthurt man child. The trust system on that site was just flawed. iirc i didnt even post all that much

The sites metric for gaining trust was absolutely bonkers. I think Achronos never actually went into detail on the inner workings because we'd find flaws and being wrong would upset him. So he just ignored instances of people getting a warning and going from Mythic to Heroic and people getting banned going from Mythic to Legendary, and people just not getting promoted at all despite being more active than 90% of Heroics and Legendary members and brushed it off with "Not enough trust points LOL!" 2010

Looking back on it now, I was definitely a little too hard on it. But the multiplayer was still a fucking tragedy. Good thing that was partially fixed with 5. Shit that's not as shitty as other shit is still shitty shit.

Literally the same thing with me. My parents were so fucking upset saying I was wasting a perfectly good bed, however I simply put a shit load of soft blankets over it and used it as a comfy couch for gaming. If it's in your room why should anyone give a shit about it? It's not like you're sleeping on the floor of the kitchen. Everyone else in the house but me was bothered by it for some absolutely retarded reason.

The Institute of Contemporary History of Munich (IfZ) said around 85,000 copies of its annotated version of Hitler's manifesto have been sold since its release a year ago, when its copyright expired.
The IfZ initially printed only 4,000 copies. A sixth print run is scheduled for this month. Editions in English and French are planned.
Mein Kampf — the title means "My Struggle" in English — was published in two volumes in 1925-1926. Written while Hitler was in prison, it features autobiographical information about his youth and explains his antisemitic and extremist views.
Andreas Wirsching, the institute's director, said in a statement that concerns that the book's re-publication would promote or serve Hitler's far-right Nazi ideology have proven to be unfounded and that it instead has fostered mature debate about authoritarian ideologies.
