Isn't Alex Jones the guy that thinks Clinton is a reptile succubus and likes to argue with people with his shirt off? I trust Trump and Alex Jones more than the media.

As I said before, I can't vouch for game modders I can only try to understand the thought process. Even under the scenario of the guy manipulating his copy of NGE on BD, it wasn't a problem to me until it was labeled as superior to what Studio Khara put out. I'm pretty sure no one gives a shit if you mod your copy of whatever, half the time we'll never know cause you don't have to let anyone know you're even doing it. And I doubt even content creators wouldn't care if they knew you were sharing it with your friends and whatnot, it's just the principle of the thing more often than not. I'm sure modders just wanted to get even more out of their game than what was originally intended, but in the case of movies/shows I don't see how you can get more out of trying to "fix" what other people have worked long hours for months to achieve. see, this is exactly how i feel, but i just apply the same principle to games as well
the more i think about it, the more difficult it is for me to understand why nobody else feels the same way
so i was sitting down and this analogy came to mind--people get offended as fuck when people screw around with their favorite movies, yet screwing around with games is not only acceptable, but encouraged by literally everybody
as an appreciator of all forms of art, and someone who believes that it should all remain untouched, this phenomenon is bizarre to me

I've never really been into mods for my games, so I don't have much of an opinion on that. However, modifying movies/shows is something while I wont say you can't do, I will say you shouldn't. Ultimately what one person does with their copy is their business, so long as they realize they're admitting what they're doing is only a benefit to themselves. There's a regular on /a/ who has taken it upon himself to redo the entire NGE series that was released on Blu-ray several years ago. Normally this wouldn't bother me; if some asshole wants to destroy his $300 copy he's more than welcome to. However he then releases it to the public claiming it's the "Definitive" version that fixes the "color mistakes made during the remaster process". Here is one individual going over the original creators process of remastering NGE for Blu-ray: I find it insulting how some dipshit who literally played around with the coloring on his copy during his free time claims that the 40+ hours an episode that was worked on just color was a mistake. It's a huge middle finger to the creators who really busted their ass to release a twenty year old title on Blu-ray for the first time for their fans, just to have some guy metaphorically spit in their face and say he can do it better.

I'm hoping China saves it, they love Chink Cartoons almost as much as the Weebs here in the West does. But unfortunately it seems like it wont make it. Looks like identity politics is trying to get its retribution for GB2016 last year. Here's hoping Pacific Rim 2 will blow away the box office. 53% on Metacritic, 43% on Rotten Tomatoes, already shaping up to do poorly in sales.
This is what happens when you try and do an anime.

http://archive.is/8sk6qIf you wanted a bag of Doritos from one of Brad Appelhans' experimental vending machines, you'd have to wait. The associate professor of preventative medicine at Rush University Medical Center designed a device that fits inside of vending machines and waits 25 seconds before releasing the typical processed snacks. But healthier fare — like peanuts or popcorn — drops instantly.
Think of it as a sort of "time tax." The idea is that every second you spend waiting for a snack will make you want it less, similar to how a tax on sugary drinks might get you to buy less soda, Appelhans says.
"We were interested in the ability to test whether time delays can nudge people to healthier choices," he says.
So, he created DISC, or "Delays to Influence Snack Choice," to test the idea. The device is a platform inserted inside a vending machine that catches snacks falling from the top half of the machine, where a vending machine operator would sort all of the unhealthy snacks. On the display window, a written decal tells customers they'll have to wait for an extra 25 seconds for less-healthy snacks.
When a snack falls onto DISC, it triggers a 25-second countdown on the vending machine's display screen. At the end of the countdown, DISC drops its platform and the snack falls into the vending machine's bay. Healthier snacks are all sorted into the bottom half of the vending machine and so would bypass the platform altogether.
To qualify as "healthy," snacks had to meet 5 out of 7 criteria, such as packing fewer than 250 calories, 350 mg of sodium or 10 mg of added sugars per serving, containing no transfats or getting less than 35 percent of their calories from fat. (Some might quibble with that last point.) It's the food stamp debate all over again. Pick up a fucking banana every once in a while, or if you're so desperate for a bunch of candy bars, actually do shit afterwards to get rid of the weight.

Are records usually that expensive? Are they like the Laser Discs of music? court of the crimson king was 45, but i spent about 150 at the store in total, not taking into account what i spent earlier in the day when i went to my usual record store

You fucking mook, Stonehenge was clearly orchestrated by the US Government to get idiot conspiracy theorists away from Area 51 where they're hiding the aliens. All the talk about Stonehenge being around for ages is just flase claims. Notice how nobody talks about it before the 60s. GMO scares are a false flag you fucking dumbass I bet you believe that aliens built Stonehenge too.

I used to also have a video that answered such a question but it was deleted a long time ago. Basically it comes down to scope and scale of a match. Games can either be StarCraft 2 quick or DnD nightmare lengths that go on forever. You can zoom out to see the entire map which you're gonna need to do since some units are so massive they can't fit in the initial starting screen. They're also massive enough to downright stomp on smaller units when walking on them. Economy and tech are pretty straight forward but can get complex as you try to balance it in mid to late game. You need mass to build units and structures and power to run them. You can freely build power structures anywhere on land but mass deposits can only be built on predetermined yields on land. Mass and energy can also be obtained in alternative methods as the game progresses. Tech starts out small with tiny scouts boats and tanks but tech can quickly upgrade to tech 2 and then tech 3 which lets you build massive warships, bombers, and strategic artillery which can fire tactical nukes clear across the map. Lastly, there's the fact that you aren't restricted to one type of combat. You have land, air, and naval units for combat and they all compliment each other. Couple this with what I said earlier about scale and size of playable maps and you have a full scale war against your opponent. Oh and the game is like eight-ten bucks (if that) on Steam. It's chump change, buy it. /shilling Why this RTS over any of the other ones?

I can't bring myself to like black girls, it just doesn't do it for me. Even Hispanic ones are difficult to find ones that are attractive.
