I'm pretty sure it was like the 200th Camnator or the latest in the Dustin Chronicles coupled with the hazards of IP banning that got them to take the action they did.

Hey, lovely to see ya here!
Spoiler Just reminded me I have to go back to FCAW sometime. And now that I've played through all the Marathon games I suck 0.009% less than I did before. Watch out Chief Hah, bet you can't beat me. I've come second about twice in KOTH matches!
Maybe, but you literally have no chance at beating me at red light green light anymore, I've mastered it. Spoiler Just don't ever move

Just immersing myself in a typical rainy night. Long clothes, covered in bedsheets, hot chocolate on the side, bathed in dim orange lighting with momentary flashes of lightning blue, and one CS assignment and another Math midterm just there to smash my moment right up

So, what, these hard determinists have a problem with how we punish criminals and want to scrap that system entirely in favour of a rehabilitation system? Am I understanding that correctly? Some do for sure [I mean, I wouldn't bet on all hard determinists advocating for that; I've talked to some who literally say "free will doesn't exist but we should still act like it does"]. Still, there are some who could take the consequentialist position. Focus on results of punishment on society as a whole instead of the individual and argue for the continued existence of punishment [again, I'm not advocating any of these positions]. How feasible is that? How drastically would things change?
Not very; a lot

Free will not existing =/> people should use it as a justification in legal proceedings or any social structures which predicate themselves on agency. But I mean, why not?
Because I thiiink we can both agree that walking into a courtroom today and saying "nah it's nobody's fault shut it down" is a little silly. I think I buried my point somewhere because... It seems like a perfectly reasonable thing to say. If no one chooses to break the law, then why do we punish them for it? It isn't their fault. That's exactly my point though: hard determinists have a fundamental problem with the law as it stands, because it's all predicated on agency and dualism [and consequently so is assignment of punishment]. Spoiler I'd like to submit Meta as an example

I'm not saying that I'm a hard determinist or anything, but there are those have a problem with the justice system as a fundamental level. I mean, the sooner we get away from this silly Cartesian "we are not our bodies" trash the better, but I don't think it's gonna work its way out of social structures any time soon.

I think most of us can agree that the story in H4 was better than previous titles.
Does anyone actually think that?
Hiya [it's a complicated opinion; I think ODST is the best story in the series (if you exclude "lesser" outings like IRIS and the H3 terminals) if you factor in metanarrative/audiovisual storytelling though]

What is this picture?
Bagged milk, mankind's greatest invention and greatness Americans will never know of
It doesn't work in America because it isn't cold enough here to freeze solid, and it would spill open. Nice try though, igloo/10
Of course it's not cold enough, I'm surprised the US' combined body heat even lets it snow in Southern Ontario
Well, we are pretty damn hot.
