Go to before black folks got enslaved and show them how royally fucked they'll be if they don't do anything, but then show them they'll be making good music and not make money but then shitty music and they make a lot of money.
They end up not caring so I go further back in time to when Islam was created and show them all the trouble it causes. The main guy says "lolso?" and I kill him. The outcome is that I martyred the first Muslim and the religion ends up being uber popular.
So I go back even further and find the little shits who created the first religion and try to explain to them all the trouble it will cause. They don't care, I give up and start my own religion.
The impact on the future? There's a huge conflict between Islam and Memeism. Black people are still slaves for some reason.

I don't disagree, and I'm not claiming unrestricted access to guns will make everybody polite. I'm just concerned that rhetoric surrounding "assault rifles", or even handguns, will actually drown out the important discussion here. Whether or not gun control works is highly contentious, with no real consensus. The best literature I've read seems to suggest that ease of access to firearms results in a lower murder rate, but not a lower rate of gun crime as a whole (and sometimes even raising it). Now, it's difficult to say just how to balance or resolve that issue.

Chicago has gangs that really go after each other. Gangs in Texas rarely beef with each other. I made a huge post like this when Recon posted this bullshit and I really can't be assed to look up all the links and shit and write an essay on this.
Yeah, that's exactly the point I'm making. Gun crime happens when you have the criminal culture in areas like Chicago, which gun control barely even touches. And then when you lack that culture in areas like Plano, Texas you don't need the gun control in the first place.

Crime involving guns usually involve guns bought and sold illegally--which is, y'know, already illegal--or take place in areas with a pre-existent and severe criminal culture like Chicago which gun control seldom effects. As for places like Texas? Well, I'll let you watch the video.
