However, there is no justification for locking his threads in the Serious board simply because he refuses to quit posting about a specific topic when said specific topic isn't forbidden. The moderation system has to be impartial.

It depends entirely on the nature of the content (ignoring the fact that 30pc to 80pc is a huge margin).
