The Flood / Re: Breaking Bad (spoilers)
« on: August 03, 2015, 06:21:25 AM »
The worst part about it all was that
Spoiler
Everyone dies apart from whiny science meme-man
Spoiler
Jesse?

Yeah <_<
Spoiler
I liked him though. He deserved to live. Walt was gonna die from the cancer anyway so it wasn't that sad.

Damn though. One of the best shows I've ever seen.
Weeeeeeeeell, after the whole
Spoiler
Screamy tsundere arc, where he keeps jeopardising walt's plans by running off to play heroin hero IV with some skaghead. I was about ready to strangle him, along with Skyler and whatsforbreakfastdade
Yeah, but there was also that part where
Spoiler
he got tortured. Walt killed his girlfriend and made Jesse think it was his fault. The Nazis killed his girlfriend in front of him. Guss' drug dealers killed his kid girlfriend's brother. Walt poisoned her son and again made it seem like it was Jesse's fault. Allowed Jesse to be taken by Neo Nazis.
But yeah, fuck him for what he did to Walt.
Well when you put it like that...
Spoiler
He's still a whiny degenerate who deserved to join the rest of them in a shallow grave <_<
Spoiler
What's funny is that Jesse was originally written to die at the end of Season 1 but ended up surviving the entire series.

Top-notch finale. My favourite part is when Matt Damon dies.

it's the same experience as watching them on YouTube.
Somehow I doubt you've even played a Telltale game properly.

OT:
The only bad CoDs are MW3 and Ghosts.
David Cage is an awful writer.
Half Life 2 is mediocre at best.
AC4 is the best in the series.
KOTOR 2 is far better than 1.
ME2 is the best in the series.
I rarely mod my games.
Destiny is a great game.
Tales from the Borderlands is better than the actual Borderlands games.
GTA V is one of the best games of the previous generation.

Wtf is this thread
The lore.
Explain plox loreman
What gaming system do you have? If you have an Xbox One I will help you get the lore on gtav
Yes I own a JewBox One
List of things we need:
-Jet from Merryweather
-BanterVan
-The crew
-Informant

The most efficient thing to do would be to employ BaconShelf, and Fedorekd.
I'm in Mallorca for the next two weeks trying to find Brendan Fraser. When I'm back I'll be happy to help.

Is there any more room in this banter van?
My banter van has 4 or 5 seats.

Finding the lore was a perilous journey, fraught with danger, betrayal and deceit. In the end, it did not pay off, for BaconShelf destroyed the bus with me inside it. burning the lore to pieces. I barely got out alive, and the three of us had a final standoff. BaconShelf arrived in a jet, which was stolen by Desty. I, my life now meaningless due to the lore being destroyed, shot myself in the head to end it all. What happens next is a mystery.

7153
No, that's not the lore. I told you last night on our journey, the lore is actually Bring Me to Life Edition 89 Volume 45.

7154
meh. new borderlands chapter, when?
Probably not until September.

Quote
In this penultimate episode, the actions of every Forrester are vital to the survival of the house. Rodrik's alliance with House Glenmore, and his defiance of the Whitehills, has drawn the ire of an even greater threat: Ramsay Snow. Far across the Narrow Sea in Essos, with Meereen now a free city, Asher is close to securing the army he desperately needs to return home, and save his family. In King's Landing, Mira's activities at Tommen's coronation have not escaped the attention of Margaery Tyrell, and Cersei has realized that the handmaiden may prove useful in her political games. Finally, beyond the Wall, Gared's unlikely allies are reluctant to help in the search for the North Grove... but this far into the frozen wilds, Crows and Free Folk have a common enemy; and winter is coming.

Somewhat excited for this. Arguable Telltale's weakest series post-Walking Dead but still quite good.

ill be honest I was expecting a certain character to at least be teased.
In the show they're roughly contingent with issue 70/80 of the comics. Negan doesn't show up till about issue 100. I doubt we'll be seeing him till Season 7.

js
Yeah but at the same time some parts of the comics are rushed through/skipped in the show, so I was hopeful.
Yeah but remember they spent an entire season on the farm despite that it was only like 1 issue in the comics.
Yeah the farm shit was stupid. From Season 4 onwards though they've been much better at handling comic storylines.
>AMC
>handling tv shows in a competent manner

TWD is 90% trash m9. I only watch it for the occasional gem of an episode and to see how badly they fuck up Negan. S1 when Darabont was at the helm is literally the only consistently good season.
The show's had a massive improvement ever since they brought in Scott Gimple as showrunner.

Something I'd find very ironic is if:
COMIC SPOILERS
Spoiler
Daryl took Abraham's comic death and got shot through the head by Dwight.

I really hope they don't skip on that certain "event" from the No Way Out arc.

Negan?
I kept hoping at the very end they'd just have his leg in frame and show Lucille drop down to his side. Something like that.
He probably won't turn up until Season 7 or 8. At a stretch they could have him in a post-credits scene for the finale of Season 6. Something like Lucille dragging along the floor.

Season 6A will probably cover the rest of Too Far Gone through to We Find Ourselves. I have a feeling they're mixing the arcs together rather than one after the other. 6B would be A Larger World with the introduction of the Hilltop Colony and Jesus. If I had to put it somewhere I'd properly introduce Negan in 7A and have him "do his thing" in the mid-season finale of Season 7.

It looks incredible. The beta was a lot of fun, too. Best fun I've had in a shooter in a long time. My favourite Halo stories are 2 and 4 so hopefully 5 will be as good as those.

A bit late but I haven't had internet since Friday. This looks fucking incredible. Season 5 was top-notch banter and it looks like this will be even better. Something else for me to look forward to this year.
