Spoiler Negan's basically confirmed for the Season finale. A casting call was put up for Episode 16 for a character called 'Orin' whose description is basically Negan. So him killing Daryl/Morgan/Glenn will probably be the cliffhanger.

Reasons why Rockstar a massive shit
1. Never going to make Red Dead Redemption sequel
2. Forever milking the cash cow that is GTA
3. Took a year to get GTA on PC
4. Took two years to get heists which they promised from the start
5. As the publisher for L.A. Noire (one of my favorite games ever, so I may be bias) gave Team Bondi stupid deadlines for the DLC and treated them like shit effectively killing their relationship and the possibility of a sequel.
6. >still charging $60 for GTA V (TWO FUCKING YEARS OLD)
7. They're fucking shit
1. Slightly disappointing, but not really fussed. 2. I like GTA. Looking forward to GTA VI. 3. Indifferent, better than them releasing a repeat of the GTA IV port. 4. Yeah, that was pretty shitty. 5. Didn't actually bother with LA Noire. 6. Shitty.

Doesn't seem to be a thing in the show. Last season Sasha accidentally cut Abraham on the arm with a knife during a zombie attack, they didn't have to do anything about it.
I don't know. I think that if they're going to do it at all, then this is like to be the best opportunity. They seem to draw some attention to it in the episode.
Eh, I doubt Rick will ever lose his hand in the show. It would be difficult to work with if they did that, compared to in the comics, and Andrew Lincoln would have to constantly wear a green glove during filming to be animated.
