In hindsight RLM's Star Wars stuff is probably their weakest, and has gotten weaker over time as it's pretty clear they lack the engagement to really put the effort into them now. Their TLJ video is noticeably lazy, and it seems like the only reason why they make any Star Wars content is because a lot of people subscribed to them because of their prequel reviews.

I also hate the current trend of needlessly long nitpicky """""objective""""" critique video essays complaining about Star Wars (i.e. Mauler, Dishonoured Wolf, etc) that RLM seem to have inspired with their reviews. It's like Plinkett has failed to evolve past the monster it created.

Shadowkeep's been delayed to 1st October (from 17th September), which actually benefits me because I'm on holiday during the original release date.

Also Moments of Triumph have been extended to 17th September. And the Shadowkeep raid is called "Garden of Salvation".

Looks like Boris' election caused the Tory party to eat up some of the support it had previously lost to the Brexit party.

If Tories win the next election after everything they've done this past decade I'm gonna flip.

I will pay triple the price of Destiny 3 if it means there will be no PvP whatsoever.

As if there was any doubt as to this happening, Boris Johnson has won the Tory Leadership contest against Jeremy Hunt and will be taking over from Theresa May as Prime Minister tomorrow. We have entered the depths of this Tory hellscape and there is no exit in sight. Please save us Corbyn.

I've fallen so far behind on the lore, haven't kept up since before the Taken King released. Anyone have a good guide to the additions/developments that have happened since then?
There's a timeline here that is updated for each new DLC:
https://www.reddit.com/r/DestinyTheGame/comments/bx8i6w/destiny_universe_timeline_update_for_season_of/
(The part in gold hasn't happened, it's just Calus' commissioned fanfictions about us)

Also Ishtar Collective catalogues all new lore:

Is the post-forsaken stuff worth it? Been wanting to get back into it, as I wasn't able to do the raid with anyone and just kinda stopped playing.
Overall, yes. The individual DLCs vary in quality but as a whole they give you a lot to do. The game in its current state is probably the best it's ever been.

Black Armory is shite but has a really fun raid.
Joker's Wild is good if you like Gambit but also contains the weakest PvE activity in the game.
Penumbra is hands down one of the best DLCs the game's had. It could have easily been two DLCs with the amount of content it has. Menagerie is one of the best activities in the game, Crown of Sorrow is really fun and Tribute Hall gives you more incentive to do other activities and comes with an Exotic Quest.

This meme is stupid. And if any of you are serious on going, good fucking luck getting an expensive fine, possibly a prison sentence. Best Case Scenario.

Worst Case Scenario, Death.
Damn, I was thinking of going until you said this. Thanks!

So in Season of the Undying there are going to be "Vex Invasions" across the solar system which I hope means the Vex are going to be relevant to the story for the first time since vanilla D1.

Had you told me back in 2014 that the Cabal would be the most relevant alien faction and the Vex would do nothing for 5 years I would have thought you were joking but here we are.

Cheat, I know my actions haven't been any better in the past and I have come across to you as a child before and acted really dumb and immature to the point where you believe I can't be trusted, but I really do say what I mean here, I can give the site new life and as Fedorekd said even make Chess an actual thing, I have a ton of fresh perspectives to bring to the table and I could potentially bring legitimate new members to the site, what do we have left to lose? I can make a good admin, I know you seeing this will throw you off guard at first making you go "wtf just happened and how did this forum get so active" but in all honesty, just think about it. You can give me a real chance here, a real chance to show these clowns that I am more than just a cheap punchline. I know what your answer is very likely going to be, so I'm not going to expect shit, but again, just think about it please.

Crown of Sorrow is actually pretty fun having now played through the entire thing. It reminds me of Spire of Stars, but good. Final boss is a bit chaotic but not a complete headache, and is just about lenient enough that the slightest mistake doesn't cause a wipe.
