Why did her friends all attack her because of her indifference?
It's a dream sequence, the protagonist has to go into an ancient tomb where they see visions of their past involving them going to war when the Jedi Order remained apathetic to the situation. So the whole theme is "apathy is dead" - the apathy of the Jedi Masters resulted in unnecessary destruction throughout the galaxy. When the protagonist gets to the second to last chamber, they meet visions of all of their companions and in this case, because she refused to make a decision to attack Kreia or try to turn her back to the light, she was attacked by the visions for being apathetic to the situation.
