The constant bullying and harassment I endured because of my bowlcut was really starting to get to me.

Jokes aside, it was just time for a change. Wanted to do something new.

I'm actually kinda happy with how it turned out.

The self control not to laugh to myself about it. The only buzzcut kids I've ever known were tough-guy types and tough-guy wannabes. Buzzcuts are primarily military and now in the case of my country, becoming a part of gang culture as well.

I just can't take the look seriously because you see some younger people walking around with it and they're completely tripping on the whole tough guy deal.

If there's any sort of people I take less seriously than religious fanatics and dumb people, it's tough guy buzzcutters. I'm not saying all of them do it to look that way. But I just can't take it seriously at this point.
