ot though i'm not sure what the most embarrassing thing is. i've done some stupid shit accidentally and cringe when i think about those moments . . . i guess the worst was my complete emotional breakdown while i was still at school after finding out i came in 4th place for 3 drum major positions for the second year in a row, meaning i was never gonna be able to do it

that day was shit, and i tried to keep it in but for all that other people did for me . . . for some reason it's embarrassing to think about

on a day-to-day basis i'm not really embarrassed though. i guess i worry about how people perceive my work ethic/schedule though. i think about how they perceive the pattern of my coming into the gym, like: "does this guy work? isn't he a student? he must be part-time." things like that. i'm fully confident about how i spend my time but i can admit to being self-conscious over how others perceive my operation

I have no trouble admitting it, although honestly, nobody has ever really brought it up despite the fact that I was pretty vocal about it because, "OOOHHHH I WANT TO BE DIFFERENT!"

It's definitely embarrassing, but I'm not ashamed of it at all. It was a dumb phase, but nobody got hurt and I honestly learned a lot about myself and the kind of person I wanted to be just by reflecting on my involvement in the fad. I'm glad I went through it.
