Current weight and estimated BF%?I do keto seasonally, starting after the holiday. It's very effective, especially when paired with intermittent fasting. It takes about a week to get into ketosis (or induction, I think is what its called in Atkins) and from there you have to be pretty careful about carbs, but in general you're basically free to eat a shitload of eggs and bacon. I found it also completely eliminated cravings for sugary foods in a few days.
You want to be skinnier? You start losing what little fat you have and you're going to be very unhealthy and probably look like ass as well.Just a heads up.

I'm chubby. How does getting thin make me unhealthy? Atkins also clears up your skin complexion, which will be good.

Is your body fat located disproportionately somewhere else?As for skin complexion. Managing sugar intake helps wonders with that.
No, in my face. It's way too fucking flabby. And yeah, you cut out all sugar with atkins.

no it definitely isand do you know how atkins works? The point is to go into ketosis. I hate muscles and I'm already pretty depressed and fatigued anyway so it's nbd

I hate muscles and I'm already pretty depressed and fatigued anyway so it's nbdAnd I'm telling you that ketosis isn't healthy. You're literally choosing to feel worse and physically damage your body for some skewed sense of attractiveness. And it is obviously skewed because the stance on your appearance by the others in this thread with normal standards is that you're already skinny.I've been in ketosis for months due to taking extreme measures combating my health issues and I can tell you it feels terrible.
can't tell if carson has body dysphoria, or if he's putting it on
Anyways you're 6'3" and like 170 which is pretty thin but you CAN afford to get skinnier. The problem with people with your skinny/fat dismorphia is that you think you're fat, and you actually ARE in terms of body composition. Just because you're skinny doesnt mean you don't carry lots off fat. But the problem comes in because you don't have any muscle, so you can get unhealthily skinny (dangerous) but still see flab and that messes with your head. And for facial bloat, you probably eat lots of sodium. Also high estrogen makes you retain water in the face. Some people also just have a genetic predisposition to hold more fat/water in the face. And like Gatsby said you have weak facial structure/bones so you're going to look softer no matter what
Hahahaha, i don't know why but you look so weird to me.
I've personally found this site to be incredibly helpful, loads of good workouts without any need for equipment. It's better if you can find a pullup bar but you'll still make a lot of progress if you stick to a schedule with this. The site does all the thinking for you, and even gives you mealplans if you want to go that far.AND IT'S FREE

more like you're tricking your body into aggressively attacking fat cells, which is not a bad thingeven if atkins is unhealthy, who cares? I'd rather look cute than be healthy

Especially nutritionally. Lethargy is only the beginning. The longer you abstain for getting the vitamins and nutrients you need the more you will break down physically and the greater your mentality will deteriorate in turn. You might attain some level of contentedness, but how long can it last?
