Is there any way to separate my Youtube account from Google?

Guys pls help

A couple of years ago I was forced into the Google+ account registration thingy every time I tried to make a comment on YouTube and I didn't know you could skip it. I made the account and now logging in to YT is annoying and takes 50 times longer than it should. Is there a way to split the accounts?

google buying YT was the worst thing to happen to it
