Hope the """Halo""" show creators are watching and taking notes on how to do a video game adaptation
To be fair, The Last Of Us was easier to adapt because it was already originally a movie.
Halo's cutscenes are already put together and edited like a movie. All they need to do is add dialogue in between combat and they're fine.
Could have even added stuff from 'The Flood' They've done an alright Halo show already in Forawrd unto Dawn. Hell, Nightfall, snore that it was, looks like the fucking Godfather compared to the Master Chief x Reader NTR smut fanfiction Paramount decided to adapt.

It hasn't been my favorite thing ever so far. I think I might have been put off of it by one friend's overenthusiamsm, the hornball fanbase and perhaps me expecting Devilman 2 or something, but yeah it's good.

The only problem with this score is that it's not lower. I pray with all my heart that this show financially tanks, and that's coming from someone who just put $150 on a new collection of the books.

Being mad about the 4th Impact I can totally get but N3i the kid had zero clue what he was actually doing. He was basically set up with an apocalyptic time bomb and not a clue what it was and is now being treated like the Unibomber. How and why would Misato and Ritsuko not make this known to Wille?

Thre's just one thing that bugs me with this movie. Spoiler The way everyone reacts to Shinji deciding to get back into Unit 01 when the Final Impact is already underway and the world is already ending. Like at that point what could he possibly do at all to make the situation any worse? End the world harder than is happening already?
Meanwhile nobody seems to mind Mari over there also blatantly and intentionally turning Unit 08 into the exact same waling apocalypse.

It's weird that nobody's fanmade a duel simulator that's capable of tiering deck comps so like, shadols and drytrons and sky strikers all get matched together but that dude who just wants to have fun with a dark magician or frogs deck gets matched with like, a blue eyes player.

yeah, i decided that the actual game just isn't really for me anymore, but i have taken an interest in casually collecting the cards again (just the ones that i think are cool, though; nothing of any actual value)
recently picked up the holy trinity of Forbidden Memories, AKA the three cards that are guaranteed to carry you through this terrible terrible game, and right now, i'm in the process of picking up every card in the deck i used to beat Duelists of the Roses (not counting fusions, i still need twenty cards for that, five of which were only released in the OCG)
Ive personally gone back to playing the 5Ds DS games and ive been having way more fun. Just a shame there's nobody to play online with anymore,

I really dislike how Torrent doesn’t scale and level up with you. He’s got less health than Halo Infinite vehicles in the later game areas.
I guarantee Torrent could 100% solo an army of Halo Infinite Hornets. But yeah it's odd how he doesn't scale even though the game is perfectly fine letting you upgrade the spirit summons. I also wish they handled fall damage better particularly on torrent. Like you can reverse all the downward momentum of a fifty meter fall with a double jump and not die by doing that but the five additional feet down after doing that suddenly kills you. Or how you can land on a slop at non lethal height and be fine but when you get to the bottom of the slope it suddenly insta kills you.

Fun fact: As a Drytron-Herald player myself I can indeed confirm the rumor that we do in fact pay for our cards with blood money we earn from child labor based South African diamond mines and by trafficking disabled orphans to warlords in various third world countries. But in all seriousness. This game has been a stark reminder of why I dropped this shit game for Vanguard. The game consisting entirely of interrupts makes it zero fun whatsoever. Even playing Drytron is just entirely unsatisfying even though I'm winning most of the time. It's the two exact same variations of full combo every game and I either win instantly or the opponent drops like 3 different hand traps or droplet and I can go fuck myself. The game outside of opening hands effectively does not exist.

The gane looks like a damn Dreamcast game with a lighting engine taped on, why is it chugging frames like this.
Also good to know Gamefreak is definitely keeping their employees and indentured workers traped in a dungeon hooked to a caffeine drip to keep them cranking these games out at an unreasonable rate. Arceus just launched and they're still pushing this out this year.
