The Flood / Re: AI, Art, and Artists.
« on: May 29, 2023, 11:24:37 PM »
I'm not that worried about it

I think artists will be eventually use AI as a tool to create art. Just like how artists went from cave paintings, to carving rock, to painting on canvas, to creating digital media. Over time, people will adapt. The only problem is that it will probably put a good number of people out of a job now just because of how rapidly the technology is developing but over time, I don't see it becoming a problem.

I am of the mind that people who can be beat by AI should be beat by AI. Like the writers strike pretending that they are of great importance for making MCU capeshit and black Cleopatra. Those people should be replaced. I wonder what kind of legal protections will be put in place for people. I think people will license their likeness so that AI songs and art can't be made without their permission or at least getting a cut of the profit. But I don't know about dead people like Frank Sitara getting their likeness used to make AI songs. Maybe their likenesses will become public domain.

Are simps and incels related to each other? OR are they both on opposite ends of the spectrum?

If that wasn't easy to understand at first read here's an example:

Jocks and nerds are both on opposite ends of the spectrum in modern culture (from what I learned in movies at least)

Can simps and incels be thought off and compared in the same way jocks are to nerds?

If only you had i9 instead of i7 which would have matched nicely with your RTX 30 series.

Big number = better

How much did it cost

Around $1300 including new red and blue LED fans since I want to keep my Police Interceptor aesthetic. I'll post pictures once all the parts are in.

Damn that seems really cheap

Well, bitches won't suck you off for nothing.
What if you're exceptionally good looking? - NOT speaking from experience (then again that's no surprise considering I'm posting on this site lol)

Jeremy Meeks came to mind who was famous for his mugshot about 8 years ago, didn't have a cent next to his name and woman were literally starting GoFundMe's to pay his bail.

Who knows what bitches are thinking of
I only know what they're not thinking of
And what they're not thinking of is yo wiener

Surely things will be better this year
Despite losing my dog, 2022 was a good year. Traveled to new places, did new things, and made a lot of memories with family and friends.

2023 I'm going to try to travel more, this time hopefully out of the US for the first time.

Nice
Where do you want to go

It's way cheaper to eat healthy than like shit.
If you have time + motivation to cook.

People working min wage probably have crazy shifts that subtract time and motivation. So they would resort to the fastest meal they can afford - which is most likely not a healthy one.

Even when I was in college and had no money, I made meals with fresh meats and vegetables very little processed canned or boxed foods

Your diet affects your mood, energy levels, physique, and long term health
It's such an important part of your wellness that spending more on good meals is a no brainer

It's certainly harder but by no means impossible even if you're poor
It all comes down to priorities
You don't need that new iPhone but you definitely need some broccoli

I will answer this when the situation is resolved as I am still In Medias Res with it. Luckily it is not anything that can not be undone, but it will take a considerable amount of time.

What happened

Good luck man
Hope everything works out

I am still with Disney but I am not currently where I should/want to be. I’m ultimately just trying to get back but there’s a lot of nuance to my situation.

What happened to your job at Disney
