I'm already pissed-right-the-fuck-off enough that they completely cut out Aegon and Jon Connington's stories from the show, and seem to be doing the same with Victarion and Euron Greyjoy.
They only have a certain amount of time to do stuff, there are practical and other reasons, y'know.
Aegon actually plays a crucial role in Dany's story arc, but in all likeliness they're probably going to cut him and give all the glory to Dany to appeal to the tumblr brigade.

I think they should take a break after this season, and allow the author to finish Winds Of Winter (hopefully by the end of this century). AFFC and ADWD are essentially just the same book split into two. They'd be stretching out the source material like hackson did with the Hobbit.
HBO wouldn't allow that at all, unless they did a series set during The Age of Heroes or Robert's Rebellion, leading up to the events of Game of Thrones season 1.
That'd actually be based as fuck. Henry Cavill or Chris Hemsworth when they aren't filming their respective roles for young Bobby B would be GOAT. Doubt it's gonna happen though.

They've actually caught up to Bran's story in regards to the source material, so he wont be in S5. Until Gurrm actually finishes Winds we wont know what he'll be doing.
