Feel like the only one who found this film kind of a chore to watch.

Happened in my country too. Scotland is an absolute farce at this point.

The guy even clarified at the start of the video that the whole point of the joke was to turn his girlfriend's cute pug into "the least cutest thing he can think of" AKA Nazis.

Not only has the Scottish criminal justice system completely missed the entire premise and structure of what a joke actually is, but how utterly inconsistent they've implemented these hate crime laws.

What about Prince Harry's Nazi costume? John Cleese's Faulty Tower's routine? If you're going to penalise Nazi jokes at least apply it across the board you fucks.

Looks like a bit of a cluster fuck. I can't see them juggling all these characters all that well even for the MCU.

Cap v Thanos scene looks sick though. I hope they at least try to emulate that part in the comics where they have a stand-off.

I've heard it's a bit long winded and pretentious, plus I wasn't all that impressed with Ex Machina, so I'll probably give it a miss.

So in my latest playthrough I killed Ulrich and Runt and honestly it wasnt very enjoyable, the only way I managed it was by using cheap tactics like running away and spamming arrows as soon as I could turn around. I thought I was just shit at the game but most people online seem to be doing the same.

It's like perfect parries and blocks mean nothing in this game because even if your defence is strong you can't ever throw your enemy off guard, Ive read somewhere that the "boss" like knights have unlimited stamina and other buffs. Whats the point of sword combos if you can't break your enemies guard, might as well fight a wall.
"higher level enemies are actually hard therefore the game is unplayable ah bloo bloo :^(("
*conveniently ignore the second point*
also i checked the forums and it's true sooooooo
Again, higher level enemies are hard, what's the problem. Level your swordplay up, get better gear or find another way to progress through the game like you would any other RPG.

Well, three billboards got snubbed.

Deakins finally got his Oscar.

Genuinely do not understand why SoW is getting this much acclaim. It's literally a pedestal for Del Taco's fetish.

Not even a couple weeks in and this game is getting flak for not featuring black people.

Because as well know, medieval Bohemia had an abundance of sub saharan africans.

Can someone from Sapphire explain to me what ideologies/beliefs they considered bannable, and why does everything on there seem to boil down to politics, at least from an outside perspective that's what it seems like.

I can understand the dislike of banter/rudeness, but what I don't understand is what seems like the very firm political thought that controls the group, and the apparent disdain for any opposing thought.
the only thing that gets people banned is bigotry.

if someone says something that is racist, homophobic, transphobic, sexist, classist, ableist, etc then they'll be warned or banned.
This doesn't actually mean anything when you can reach to the extent that you guys do for a post to fit one of your buzzwords. Azumarril accused us of being classist yesterday, and I genuinely have no clue what he was talking about. I'm not even sure he knows.
But you see, that's the Sapphire mentality. They honestly just fling whatever shit they can to the wall and hope it sticks. It doesn't matter if it makes them look like utter retards. If they can get someone blacklisted by going through various mental gymnastics they'll do it.

I logged on today because of Shannon, I don't know why.
join sapphire
Why would I want to join a shitty place that would ban me just for disagreeing with people? No thanks.
no one gets banned just for disagreeing. people get banned for being assholes and arguing in bad faith ad infinitum.

Wrong. I got banned for stating an opinion the collective didn't like.

Since I realised it pissed everyone off afterwards I decided to leave the situation rather than argue about it (and piss off everyone further), I got two weeks for my trouble.

Then there was Tevis and Beb for some irl reason that bled back to the forum, and Davos because he was contrarian to the majority.
[Whining at the facts]

Woah man, no need to be feisty. Tevis and Beb clearly had some disagreement because one isn't around anymore, and the other seems fairly quiet these days. I know not why exactly they got banned but it was something disagreeable that management didn't like.

Davos was the only person I saw who argued with the backing of some article or facts, only to get punned or gangblasted out because it wasn't what everyone else believed. No mention of whether the facts were right or wrong, mind you.

And finally, I couldn't care less about the ban, it's not like it refutes your claim at all. And all the board warnings, emails and otherwise that prove they just hate the place and anyone associated with here.

Not that any of that is surprising.
listen, dipshit, im telling you that the tevis/beb thing isnt relevant because i actually know what happened and you dont.

davos kicked shit up just for the sake of drama constantly. stop trying to act like he was actually there to be part of the community.
How fucking toxic does your mentality have to be that you actually get buttblasted over one of the most docile members of this site lmao

the human rights violations havent been proven. it's all sourced from american and rok intelligence, like i said in the post you replied to.

Wow, I guess Amnesty International, UNICEF and innumerable other non partisan, non governmental agencies have been making bleak reports for the fuck of it. What an amazing coincidence that just so happens to fit your comic book tier narrative of the US.

Alright comrade commissar, you can stop posting from your DPRK approved laptop and get back to patrolling the gulags.

it's about anti-imperialism and respecting a nation's right to self determination.
Respecting the right to self determination kind of went out the door when they continuously violate human rights and threaten the international community with nuclear tests.

But by all means, continue to defend a totalitarian regime just because it aligns with your belief system.

Downloaded it last night. Really enjoying it. Combat is some of the best I've seen in a game.

The saviour schnapps feature is a bit of a pain in the arse but I heard the devs are gonna get round to tweaking it soon.

I saw this earlier and I don't see why people are even bringing this up. These are two completely different subjects. And declaring porn a public health risk doesn't really do jack shit. Cigarettes and Alcohol are health risks and the only thing preventing people from getting those is their age.

>resolution to officially declare porn a public health risk introduced the same day
>ACCEPTED because porn is super dangerous you know?
When a country priorities consensual sex on screen as more of a problem than school shootings it's kind of hard not to compare the hilarity of the two.

Anarcho-Communist
Isn't this like an oxymoron?

No, it's a genuine and highly thought out ideology, I hope you aren't one of those "Socialism is when the government does stuff" types. As Communism, in it's truest form, is stateless.
How is it possible to achieve true communism without the state intervening? Considering the fact that millions of people wouldn't go along with it.

All Communism is, is community controlled means of production. With people giving according to their ability, and receiving according to their needs. Tyrants like Stalin ruled in state capitalism and called it communism.
Geez, when you reduce complex ideologies down like that you can make almost anything sound appealing.

"All fascism is, is a disciplined and ordered society where criminality is non-existent"

Implementing communism is a bit more complicated than 'community controlled means of production', and you know it. How many more botched attempts at true communismâ„¢ does it take for Marxists to realise that it simply fails at facilitating resources efficiently.
