What is Bethesda's fetish with this Minecraft tier shit? Like who honestly wanted this in a Bethesda title, and why are they shilling it full force?

How can you see into my eyes like open doors?
Leading you down into my core where I've become so numb
Without a soul my spirit's sleeping somewhere cold
Until you find it there and lead it back home
Wake me up inside
(I can't wake up)
Wake me up inside
(Save me)
Call my name and save me from the dark
(Wake me up)
Bid my blood to run
(I can't wake up)
Before I come undone
(Save me)
Save me from the nothing I've become

Ambitious games like this really should be kickstarted and not handled by companies like Microsoft and Sony. Hyping it up like a triple A game when it only has like 20 people working on it, and pressuring them to release it early when it clearly needed a delay, or maybe even a beta, along with a $40 price tag.

I feel sorry for the devs, really. But at least they're transparent and are interacting with the community and working on it.

Either way, I never hyped it up because I (and I'm sure anyone who's older now a days and is into video games) am a realist with games these days and understand the restrictions developers face, along with how shitty the big game companies really are. I'd still like to get it, but when the price drops and updates smooth out things.
^

I really feel like an unfair amount of hype was placed on this game, and I partially blame Sony's marketing strategy that presented it as some top notch AAA title. Yeah, Murray's claims on multiplayer are pretty questionable but this game was almost destined to get an unwarranted level of flak due to the ridiculous levels of expectations people had for it.

Also, because I got WoD, I have a free level boost to 100. Should I ever consider that?
If you don't wanna do the uphill grind to 100 then yeah, but you'll pretty much be virtually useless in every raid due to the gear you'll get. There's really not much point in it unless you wanna quest at that level.

They kind of just went off the deep end after Lich King. They really need to rethink their business model because idk how long adding classes/reskinned continents to every expansion is going to keep players interested. It's really just the same formula repackaged over and over and I'm amazed how long they've managed to dominate the market for.

Is there anything he doesn't whine about?
Well yeah, lots of things.

His bait is obnoxious, but he always shitposts about the same range of topics. It's fairly predictable. Which is why it's getting annoying instead of frustrating like it originally was.
"if you're not an alt right neoconservative who hates women and doesnt believe in morality you're just a TROLL lmao"
Where you align on the political spectrum actually has nothing to do with it. Loads of people here both on the left and the right have heated, yet respectful arguments all the time. The problem is you're just a delusional faggot who busts into threads with an irritating air of superiority towards anyone that calls you out on your patent bullshit.

If you manage your expectations and hype then it'll probably make the experience more enjoyable. Going in expecting a universe sized MMO with an immersive adventure is probably the wrong way of approaching the game.
literally who expected this

developer: you guys will be able to see other players

Community: really?we can see other players?

Sean: yeah totally you can see other players

Community: Sean we can't see other players what gives?

Mordo: you guys shouldn't have expected to see other players

Literally quote me word for word where I said any of that shit faggot.

If the devs said you should be able to see other players then you should be able to see other players. What I SAID was keep cautiously optimistic expectations so you don't end up disliking an otherwise well crafted game.

Depends entirely on the context, really.

Releasing private information and inciting violence? Sure.

Calling the police because someone on the street called you a landwhale? Nah.
