Likeliness of this happening? I'm not a microbiologist, but given how we've been abusing antiobiotics for the past 60 years I honestly wouldn't be surprised if this became a reality in the next 20-30 years. In fact, WHO reckons we're on the brink, and we might not even get to see the effects of global warming take place because of it. Not to mention that global pandemics have practically caused as many deaths as WW2, with The Spanish Influenza taking the top spot at 75 million people. But the Spanish Influenza was just a small spurt of an epidemic. Smallpox on the other hand, is believed to have killed 300-500 million people over the course of the 20th century. Obviously the likeliness of these diseases making a recurrence is pretty unlikely, but it must be noted that viral pathogens mutate to accommodate hosts all the time, and with bacterial infections like E-coli and Gonorrhea adapting to the effects of Antibiotics (there's only one type of Antibiotic left for Gonorrhea) it would be dangerous to hand wave the idea of a deadly pathogen cropping up amidst an era where Antibiotics have essentially become futile . So, could this relapse in Antibiotics in the near future be the most viable scenario for an extinction event to occur?

Do you support or condemn the US, UK and various other coalition allies that invaded Iraq in 2003?
I'm kind of mixed about it. On one hand the explanation Bush and Blair gave for invading Iraq was tenuous at best. All WMD's were either lost or destroyed during the Gulf War, so I kind of reconcile with the zeitgeist that it was a pretty pathetic reason to invade. On the other hand it toppled one of the most oppressive, totalitarian dictatorships of the decade, and if Saddam were to continue unchecked, I'm positive Iraq would've been astronomically off worse than it is today.

The Airbus 320 from Barcelona to Duesseldorf hit a mountain, killing all 144 passengers and six crew, after a rapid eight-minute descent.
"We hear the pilot ask the co-pilot to take control of the plane and we hear at the same time the sound of a seat moving backwards and the sound of a door closing," Mr Robin told reporters. this is pretty creepy

Interesting video. While I don't totally agree with him, he makes very valid points about the squalor that arises from a welfare state. I think ultimately, a cultural change is required to alleviate people from poverty, and while I don't believe we should totally abolish welfare, we definitely need to cut down to see some legitimate changes as well as provide genuine incentives and assistance for those in poverty.

With that being said however, I do believe it was a serious lapse in judgement on both DC and the artist's behalf. It's shit like this that gives real anti censorship progressives proper ammunition for their propaganda. If DC can't teach these parasites a lesson, perhaps we, the consumers, will.
