Okay so I got to neto. I dunno if I really want to try to beat him right now. Maybe I will go do some other stuff in the game because I am getting kind of sick of the catacombs, with it's fucking bonfire so far away from nito. I mean yeah you can jump down a ways, but it's still annoying.

get more vegetabes and chicken and make gumbo
making a soup with it would be a great idea. I have a few ingredients, like some diced onions, diced assorted peppers, beans or lentils. I think all that is left to make it a really good soup would be a garlic clove or two and some broth from the soup shop down the street.

THE CAPRA WOULD BE SO FUCKING EASY IF THOSE FUCKING DOGS WEREN'T ALWAYS GETTING IN THE WAY! OMG THEY'RE SO ANNOYING! How the hell am I supposed to avoid the fucking capra when there's like 4 dogs all attacking me at once? you can't even avoid the capra swinging at you or the dogs, you're guaranteed to take hits. What the fuck.

« on: September 06, 2015, 07:20:00 PM »
Not to mention beers that are like 300 calories usually just don't taste as good. Most stouts that I have tried don't even taste as good as guinness. Porters neither. Guinness draught is just the best of the best when it comes to that style of beer. At least what I have tried. I am sure that somewhere in the world there's a perfect beer that isn't available anywhere where I am looking.

I kinda wanted to make that a tumblr post, but... I already said a bunch of short little pointless things today on there.

Epic, intelligent post.
Guinness is bad
you have shit taste
Guinness is pretty fucking weak compared to most other stouts.

For example, Guinness absolutely pales in comparison to something like Sam Smith's.
Maybe I don't like drinking beers that are like 300 calories. I have tried heavy stouts, guinness is the best. I fucking hate it when a beer is like enough calories to be half a meal. It's the drink, it's not supposed to be half the fucking plate. 200 calories is pushing it tbh, but great lakes oktoberfest is worth it.
Beer is meant to be that special thing you treat yourself to after a week of hard work. Don't limit yourself by worrying about calories. You have the entire rest of the week to compensate. "Low calorie" and "beer" are two words that should never be put in the same sentence.
YEah except I have like a beer a day and I like it to taste fucking great and not be too many calories.

oh fuck. I am going to have to go to this bullshit grocery store which is poor as fuck and filled with creepy people. Every single time I go in there something offensive happens. You can literally only pay with fucking cash, that's how cheap this grocery store is. I swear to god... there has to be a better way to get my garlic. Maybe I will go to giant eagle instead, that's multiple blocks away but it would probably be more worth it than marks.

« on: September 06, 2015, 06:42:45 PM »
I was thinking that I could just take a flat bread and put some cheese on it, melt it in the microwave and then put a shit load of kale on it and eat it like that. I dunno, but I really can't think of a way to eat it that doesn't involve making some type of sandwich or salad. I got two bushels of it, so it's going to be a challenge. Last week I got two bushels and I only ate like one of them.

I have always been a fan of Guinness and I knew there were beers that were just as good out there, but I had tried so many but none of them really compared. That's until I tried fuckin Oktoberfest, by Great Lakes brewery. This is amazing, I would say this is exactly what beer is supposed to taste like.

I just figured out that it's showing me a list of my bookmarks, it actually did delete the form data. So yeah, I am trying to figure out a good way to put all of my bookmarks somewhere else.

It keeps a history of the websites I visit and then it shows me what they are when I type a letter or something. I tried deleting form data or cookies, but I don't want to delete my browsing history and download history because that is actually useful. So what should I do to get rid of that stuff?

2243
fuck I attacked that patches guy in the catacombs and then I googled him to see if he was important, it says that he would be a merchant at the "fireside shrine" after you kill neto ._. I also ready that he is an asshole who would kick you down a hole or flip a switch to a bride that kills you. I only attacked him because he flipped the switch to the bridge and made me go through those tunnels to kill all those enemies again. Oh well, I guess he would be better off dead anyways. I just wish that there was a way to parry his stupid spear. I keep missing it and he kills me every time. It's so much easier to parry someone with a sword. I am not very good at parrying to begin with.

Gaming / Should I level up Faith, Strength, or intelligence in dark souls?
« on: September 06, 2015, 09:51:36 AM »
I can't decide between these. I feel like faith may be useful as an alternative method of healing. I have been focusing most on my strength but I am a mage class and I have been sort of neglecting my intelligence. I only leveled it up like 4 points. So part of me thinks that I should level up my intelligence, part of me thinks I should start leveling up faith, part of me feels like fuck all of that, I can just keep getting stronger and kill enemies like cake. That's probably what I should have done when I started the game anyways was become a warrior class, because I think the mage is kind of shit.

The Flood / Re: I was just thinking about how it's kind of cool to be smart
« on: September 05, 2015, 09:06:54 PM »
Are you using smart and intelligent interchangeably? Also I'd like to think a lot of people are ignorant as opposed to generally unintelligent. It's been a long time since I've studied this little subject but from the measurements of human intelligence in the form of IQ tests shows a bell curve where most people fit into the range of 95-105 or something like that. So a lot of us who don't have any neurological problems seem to be on par with each other in terms of intelligence, but regardless you see a lot of examples of people who seem to have low IQs or act "stupid". So then we have the variables of income, access to education, socioeconomic status, country, etc.
A classic example is how Asian students destroy American students. Not because they're inherently more intelligent, but because in their culture studying 4-5 hours a day is encouraged. And as we know, Americans students study considerably less than that.

Are you picking up what I'm putting down?
Yeah that makes a lot of sense to me actually. To me though I would fricken die if I had to study like 5 hours in a day. I think school is basically the devil though, but not everyone would agree.

Have you killed the Hyrdra and searched the area around there?
Nope. I have only killed a butterfly, two gargoyles, the centaur. I have never even seen a hydra yet.

You literally won't be able to miss the fucking thing when you wander into it's area.

Mainly because it sure as fuck won't miss you.

Secondly, I believe that if you've killed the gaygoyles you get the key to the deprths. Actually, scratch that. It's Capra that gives you the key. I honestly don't remember how to get to capra. But he's in the lower undead burg.

Lemme think here. Getting ass stomped in the forest is natural if you don't know what you're doing. Learn to parry for starters. And GO SLOWLY. You can usually lure out each human enemy one at a time which makes them easier to fight.

Third. What kind of weapon are you using?
I never got into lower undeadberg. I think that's probably in that staircase that spirals upwards, with the overly armored guy with the giant club sword at the bottom of it who kills you in like one hit. I tried so many times to kill that thing, except it would just keep killing me.

Nope.

That goes to the forest where you are now. If you kill havel in there, you'll be back in the woods where you are now.

I know. I did it too.

Go back to where you fought the minotaur.
But I ran to the top of the staricase and it said I was in undeadberg. It's the witches basement, in the forest basin.

If you have to tell other people that you're smart, then...

yeah
Well you know, it's not like it's some secret free mason society or something. I see no reason why someone can't realize that they're smart. I think ironically the biggest part of being smart is realizing when you're being dumb. I think you should rethink what you just said because it's actually wrong. This thread isn't a smart person circle jerk, because obviously there's a lot of people who aren't smart that probably think they are that would just join in.
