The Czech republic does pretty good with CCW. Why not the rest of Europe?

Korea? Yeah, maybe.

Not really, and it's only 15 bucks plus, nah, I'll have to drive, no drinking for me.
taxi!

That's an expensive fucking taxi. About 70 miles one way.
Cheap Motel!

No tell Motel?
You won't want to tell anyone about the discount hookers.

I doubt I'll even want to remember.
But your morbid curiosity will win and you'll end up checking the camera reel on your phone.

I don't like this idea...

Live shows are almost always worth it. Don't know how Alestorm fair, but you should go for it.

And what in shitting fuck do you need a rifle for?

Because I like plinking, and .22 is hard to find if not stupidly expensive. So I want to get a .17 hmr rifle that I can plink with or varmint hunt.

They're going to be playing a venue in Anaheim this month and tickers are only 15 dollars. I am so incredibly tempted save for the prospects of hauling my ass to Anaheim.

I'm saving my money for a new plinking rifle, but at the same time 15 dollars to go see Pirate Metal...

I am torn.

Maybe if you didn't have such a bitch ass pussy brain, you could protect yourself

Is it wrong that I want to avoid having to shoot someone for as long as I can?

I really don't want the long dick of a power hungry county DA shoved up my ass on manslaughter charges only to also have the long dick of the intruders family shoved up my ass in a wrongful death lawsuit.

So after last night's debacle with the garage door knock and dash and subsequent tac alert level 2 for my self, things only got better by morning.

Had to stay home alone for a bit. No biggie, got my gun, a cup of coffee, and TV. So I chilled out on the couch for a bit and watched the tube. Mail finally gets here and I head outside to go grab it. When I exited the front door, it appeared that the screen on the window of the 'guest' room had been tampered with. Normally you have to life the bottom of the screen to free it so you can remove it, but this screen was pulled out from the top and was bent downward. The window was locked and no one attempted to force entry, but still.

I'd call the cops, but I cannot rule out wind or perhaps one of the cats. So I'd hate to cry wolf. But still, I am on edge now. Things have been getting real strange around here. Looks like another night of keeping my handgun next to me with a round in the pipe.

What else should I do guys? The Neighbors were broken into two weeks ago by having their security door cut into and their front door smashed. Shit is getting spooky.

Why yes, and it was amusing. Very little of her, mostly about the topic for the day. She makes quips between sections.

Why?

Why not?

Gaming / Re: Fallout New Vegas is a better game than Fallout 3
« on: February 06, 2015, 10:56:55 AM »
Fallout 3 had a better map. Fallout New Vegas' map feels too linear, and you're basically guided down a path at the start of the game until you know what you're doing and how to run up the north road. However, it has much better mechanics; the Companion Wheel, true Iron Sights and Hardcore definetly improve the experience for the better.

It has very little emphasis on exploration- NV excels in it's story and RPG aspects, whereas FO3 excels in it's exploration and just general running around. I don't ever play 3 for it's writing, just as I don't play Vegas for it's exploration (Outside of DLC anyway)- they're both good games, but good for different reasons.

But there is a lot of exploration in new Vegas. Like the gecko canyon south of primm. The vertibird crash near searchlight. The back road from good springs to red rock canyon, then the trail from red rock canyon to jacobstown. There is a lot of exploration, and all sorts of neat things to find.

I practice trigger discipline on everything with a trigger.
Gun? Finger of trigger
Joystick? Finger off Trigger
Squirt Bottle? Finger of Trigger
Mouse? Finger of left click and on middle mouse
Saw handle? Finger out of hand guard because it reminds me to much of a pistol grip.
Tennis Ball Launcher? Finger off trigger and muzzle pointed in a safe direction

It's a habit.

no they just make skyrim instead

Just like after fallout 3 they made oblivion

So, in theory they are working on the next Fallout game right now? Yet, it has been about five years since Skyrim's release, and there's little to no word on the development of such a title. Oblivion was released in 2006, and Fallout 3 in 2008 respectively. New Vegas came out in 2010, and Skyrim in 2011.

Perhaps we can be hopeful that they have been busy unfucking their engine.

It desperately needs it. The whole 2gig crash issue is damning evidence that the Creation Engine needs a complete revamp.

Oh, the game needs an extra block of 256mb of Ram? TO BAD, CRASH

was your garage opened

At the time, yes. It's closed now and bolted. We keep the door open all day and close it at night. I had just gotten home from some errands, which is why it was still open at this time of night.

Normal people see the open garage and still use the front door.

Lock the doors?

They're locked, and there are security doors on both doors that directly lead to the exterior of the house. But the Windows are easily broken.

Oh, should add. The neighbors security door was cut through two weeks ago and their front door's window smashed in a forced entry.
