No. Had no interest hen it came out. Neve had any interest in the franchise, I'm only considering it because my friends are pretty much begging me to get it to mess around on. Plus the FPS mode looks cool (not the deal breaker, but certainly more reason to)

Installations, means no more discs not working and it avoids having to use multiple discs, the next generation of blu-rays will have far better storage capacity which will cut install sizes, so it'll get better
why can't it copy it from the disc to the hard drive? Having to download everything when it's available from a disc sucks. Fucking glad I didn't get an Xbox
Because not everything is on the disc, and the PS4 has massive installs too you know. And don't bring up PC, as it's all digital anyways and the Wii U doesn't count
but that's just not acceptable. Having to download 30gb+ really isn't an option for some. Now that's not so much of a problem for me but I don't have korean internet that would still take quite a while. the most I've had to download on pc was around 23 gb for farcry 4.

This is current gen bruh where games will get up to 50gbs you should have expected huge patches and downloads.
The size of the games are stupidly big because developers are being lazy now that both consoles use Blu-Ray

I just checked now and farcry 4 was only 21gb for the ps4. it really does seem like developers being lazy. if ubisoft can get that down, surely the others can too. especially with the amount of content in farcry 4
I wouldn't say lazy. As a console goes on, the developer get more efficient at using space. It happened before; look at Halo 3 to Halo Reach in terms of graphical quality and sheer amount of content on one disc (I would use halo 4 but tht had a second disc) It just takes time. I'm not too surprised at MCC considering it is 4 games in one. Oh yeah, MCC just finishe downloading. I've completed every campaign in the time it took and messed around on forge. Made some cool technical stuff on H2A. I really hope BF4 doesn't take >1 day.

Played Metro 2033 and read the book, and I liked both, I was meaning to get LL but never got round to it
I actually thought AW looks kind of fun, and I have never said that about a CoD game before.

Preorder Halo 5 because I will be getting it regardless, as I have a lot of faith in 343
I'm thinking of getting 2 or 3 more games alongside some more books and stuff. Want to get Nightfall DVD and a bunch of Halo novels.

Except it doesn't take away from that at all. ODST has no multiplayer, so the only teams that work on it are the campaign teams. This would affect nothing in multiplayer.

I could play CE and 4 after about 20%, then a bit of 2, then 3 and most of 2 now. I want the fucking forge now. It shall be glorious. I spent so much time on forge on R/4, I got contracts to forge stuff for people (I got asked by Arby617) and shit. I can't wait for H2A forge.

I don't understand the hype around Half Life, it was so boring, L4D is nice, but a whole lot better with friends, otherwise it gets stale quick, as for portal it was decent, far too short.
Yeah. Half-Life gunplay isn't anything spectacular, but the story is quite interesting.

disconnect from xbox live and restart the install if it's downloading the whole game. If you're just downloading the 25GB update then your internet is just really slow.
I'm doing whatever it automatically does when you out the disc in.
Sometimes it tries to download the game when you use the disc so if the first 45GB is slow that's probably why.
Well I have CE and 4 installed and H2 is about 20% done, with H3 at 0. So it's basically installing the games in the order I like them.
