Installations, means no more discs not working and it avoids having to use multiple discs, the next generation of blu-rays will have far better storage capacity which will cut install sizes, so it'll get better

why can't it copy it from the disc to the hard drive? Having to download everything when it's available from a disc sucks. Fucking glad I didn't get an Xbox

disconnect from xbox live and restart the install if it's downloading the whole game. If you're just downloading the 25GB update then your internet is just really slow.

Discs mean you don't lose your game when you need to re-download and the company goes out of business.

Sometimes it tries to download the game when you use the disc so if the first 45GB is slow that's probably why.

Well I have CE and 4 installed and H2 is about 20% done, with H3 at 0. So it's basically installing the games in the order I like them.

It's pissing me off because I only have 4 FPS games and it used up more than 50% of my HDD. I like to play open world games like Skyrim and Mass Effect so I'll be running out of room pretty fast.

The only reason it's being that slow is because it's the 25 gig day one patch. The actual content from the disc will instal in like 20 minutes.

I don't get that either. The game is stored on the disc but you have to download the game from the disc to the system. Why can't we just play the game from the disc without having to download it?

well it's something I've heard from a few others. They've had to download the game even though the disc was present. Either that or they got it confused with day one patches.

I could play CE and 4 after about 20%, then a bit of 2, then 3 and most of 2 now.

I want the fucking forge now. It shall be glorious. I spent so much time on forge on R/4, I got contracts to forge stuff for people (I got asked by Arby617) and shit. I can't wait for H2A forge.
