The second wave of Talon soldiers are dropped into Bitter Springs. 12 men KIA so far, 188 still fighting. The Van Graffs have nearly been driven from the area. A brave Talon soldier reaches the center of the camp and raises a Talon Company flag above the area.

The NYC Van Graff branch is quickly overwhelmed, and all money, armor, and weaponry there is taken by Talon. The 100 Talon soldiers in Bitter Springs move through the area, killing all Van Graff thugs on sight. The other two vertibirds, with 50 additional Talon soldiers in them each, remain on standby in the area.

Very well.

The Great Khans launch three more drones into the heart of Bitter Springs. Lineage aside, the Van Graffs must die.
Two vertibirds land at Bitter Springs and 100 Talon soldiers disembark, ready to assist the Khans.

The second pair of vertibirds is completed. All four vertibirds are loaded with soldiers and fly out towards the Mojave.

In NYC, the 2,000 soldiers continue to surround the Van Graffs' NYC branch.
The vertibirds arrive in the Mojave.

1,000 Talon soldiers storm the Van Graffs' NYC branch as 1,000 continue to surround it, killing any that attempt to flee.

The Enclave begin annexing Indiana.
The Talon Company asks the Enclave to not interfere in the Talon annexation of Indiana, or at least split the state in two.

Alrighty Kinderbueno

I'm calling fun police here.

Fun Police: When did you contact the boomers? When did you spend several months doing the equivalent of Volare! to earn their trust? Why would they just help you raise their precious lady of the lake?

Show it from previous pages OR, it looks like the Fun Policeβ„’ will have to decide if the bomber is still at the bottom of the lake.

A side note to a few people in general, try to remember the scale we are looking at in this game. It's a lot smaller than the UN one, especially considering how everything got fucked up by nuclear missiles. Whilst superpowers like the Legion and NCR are going to be big, smaller dogs do need to try to remember to keep things proportionate <.<

Anything to add from other GMs?

I agree completely. Like I've said, getting on good terms with the Boomers is a huge endeavor that would take much longer than a single page.

The Raiders accepts the offer as long as the Mercs keep out of Raider business.
Talon naturally accepts this, as long as this condition is mutual.

Forgot to mention that I'm working with the Boomers. Had to eat dinner as I was writing that and forgot about that
[I'll tell you the same thing I told Icy: the Boomers are isolationists. They attack everyone that gets within half a mile of Nellis. Please enlighten me as to how you even made contact with them.]

Vaults 2 and 7 are conquered by the Florida Raiders. All men are murdered and the women and children become slaves, any and all technology within the Vaults belongs to the Florida Raiders now. With the amount of new weaponry and medicine from the Vaults, the Florida Raiders push further into Alabama.
The Talon Company offers peace to the Florida Raiders.

Institute scientists direct Talon to the head of operations there: an old man named Dr. Zimmer. Talon informs Zimmer that the Institute is now under its control, but that any scientists who wish to continue working there are free to do so under Talon supervision. Talon reminds Zimmer of the nation's incredible wealth and resources, which would allow Institute scientists to work much more quickly and to pursue more groundbreaking projects. Zimmer reluctantly agrees, and officially tells all Institute scientists that they're now Talon employees. Some attempt to defect, but are shot down by Talon soldiers.
Zimmer reveals the Institute's android project to Talon Company and shares the technology with us. Right now, android creation is too expensive to be practical, but Talon is looking into ways to minimize the cost.

Expect the Van Graffs to reverse-engineer this B-52 and have the ability to produce at least 3 squadrons of it by the end of page 28
[Uh, no. Reverse engineer it by page 28, sure. Producing three entire squadrons of B-52s when you don't even have a substantial amount of factories will take much longer than that.]

β€”Talon Company Updateβ€”

Military: 90,000 soldiers equipped with combat armor and helmets, wielding 5.56 assault rifles 1,000 soldiers stationed on top of southern border wall, equipped with combat armor and wielding anti-material rifles.

Technology:
Auto-doc, hydroponics, Great Khan chem recipes, wind energy, solar energy.

Territory:
Fort Bannister (DC), Underworld (DC), Hubris Comics (DC), The Institute (MA), Maryland, Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Delaware, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Vermont, New Hampshire, Maine, Ohio.

Energy sources:
Maple Ridge Wind Farm (NY), Marble River Wind Farm (NY), Locust Ridge Wind Farm (PA), Blue Creek Wind Farm (OH), Long Island Solar Farm (NY), scavenged oil/coal.

Economy/Internal affairs:
Controlled Capitalism, with higher pay for government jobs, especially the military. Due to the vast amount of land and work that needs doing, unemployment is low. Territory is extremely safe and controlled, due to idle military forces being assigned to constantly patrol the streets, shooting ghouls, mutants, and raiders on sight. Quality of life is extremely high, with most residents having access to basic luxuries such as hot showers, electricity, and clean water. Because of this, taxes are able to be moderately high with little complaint. Official currency is the Talon Company Dollar (TCD) which has a value of 1:1 to caps.

Other assets: 50-foot tall steel wall along Talon's southern border; water purification plant in New Jersey; hydroponically grown marijuana which is sold to the general populace; production of chems which are sold to non-Talon wastelanders; swath of steel factories across Pennsylvania that produce weaponry, ammunition, armor, vertibirds, and various other products.
