That's such a pity, I didn't follow his work, or RWBY, but the talent he showed in his Dead Fantasy series is something not often seen.
That'll be sorely missed I think.
I wonder what will become of RWBY since he is the one that created the series and was the creative director.
He probably had notes written down with a basic idea of what to do for the next season or so. Assuming they can get a skilled enough animator, Rooster Teeth could potentially continue the series.

I played it for the whole 'playing the player' meta thing, which is basically the only thing redeeming its horrendous gameplay. It's done so well that any flaws can be forgiven, or at least overlooked. Metal Gear Solid 2 did the same thing over a decade earlier, though, so I'm wondering why it's considered so original.
By the way, has anybody here played the other Spec Ops games?

Do I just consistently get good matches or something? I've heard about a lot of these problems before, but I've never personally witnessed them.
there are 3 distinct possibilities. the first is that you arent cognizant of the game's problems and therefore dont notice out of pure ignorance. the second is that you have an incredibly low sample size of games so you dont have a representative base from which to judge the game. the third possibility is that you're incredibly lucky. im betting its a mix of the 3.
I notice when bullets don't connect or somebody lands a shot they shouldn't have been able to without cheating, it just doesn't happen as often as you make it sound. Again, I understand the problems, I just personally haven't witnessed them.
