They're only the best if you have no idea how a cohesive plot works and just like watching shady characters making unknown negotiations with offscreen villains, big laser-y fights, and no real core narrative for why any of this is happening.

Yeah there were.
There was the Phantom Menace, Attack of the Clones, and Revenge of the Sith. All of them were marketed as prequels to the first three films and tell the story of Anakin Skywalker as he becomes a Jedi Knight, leading up to his downfall as he becomes Darth Vader.
They're all here on IMDb. They existed. They happened.

Taking one long vacation a year is unhealthy, both physically and mentally. Continuous work is exhausting, as we both know. A better plan is to take shorter, but more frequent vacations. The mind is at its most healthy and productive when it's looking forward to something. The anticipation encourages one to work harder, under the false (but useful) belief that harder work will somehow make whatever they're looking forward to occur sooner. It won't, but the mind is easily tricked like that.
That, and the frequent opportunities to relax and recharge also gives them time to enjoy what they've earned more often.
