Not really a spoiler for TPP, or at least not one of any significance but I'll mark it anyway. Apparently the POV character at the start of the 'Not Your Kind of People' trailer is
Spoiler
Kojima himself.

Considering
Spoiler
he can be recruited in Peace Walker
I think it's safe to say
Spoiler
Kojima really does canonically exist in Metal Gear.
I found that interesting.

If I were in that dream, I'd just remove the homework out of existence.
then i'd get a 0

Wait, I thought you knew it was a dream? Why did you care what grade you'd get?

i was consciously choosing to do the homework first

You made the wrong decision, then. Brownies take precedence.

He's a legend in the eyes of those who live  on the battlefield

That's why he'll have to handle this mission himself.

Here's the pov of that asshole shooting the news team.
YouTube

It doesn't even look like she got hit at all. . .

Bullets don't actually cause people to fly back and die instantly, contrary to what movies and video games will have you believe. Most people die from blood loss or organ failure shortly after.

No actual story spoilers, but a "spoiler" on how the story is laid out
Spoiler
Lots of  tapes, and less cutscenes with not so much dialogue

Spoiler
Damn, I really liked the long-ass cutscenes in the old games. :c

I can't think of anyone I trust, both online and in real life, but that's mostly because of my preference for self-reliance. I do, however, give the benefit of the doubt.

Night. I'm used to waking up after noon and going to bed anywhere from 3 to 5 AM, so most of my time awake is spent when it's dark.

Just a heads up: avoid TVtropes, it has a few major spoilers.

And now most of them have been deleted. Never mind, then.

Regardless, thanks for the call out.

Did it spoil it for you?

Yeah, but I'm not as concerned about spoilers as some. I knew about most of Metal Gear's story long before I ever played any of them and it didn't take away from the experience.

Is it a wallaby? I like to think it's a wallaby.

This is a wallaby

So it's a wallaby with Down's syndrome?

Did the real Snake have any real kids with someone? Like for example when he had sex with EVA did he get her pregnant? Also did Snake get an STD from her because I know she has one along with breast implants.

Nope, he was hit by the fallout of a nuclear weapon at the start of Snake Eater and rendered sterile.

The game kind of expects the player to have an idea of what's going on in the lore, so somebody who hasn't played the previous games will feel ripped off while a longtime fan of the series will enjoy the hell out of it.

Kojima thought "Gas Snake" was stupid
yet he came up with "Dirty Duck"
and "Deepthroat"

Deepthroat is a reference to the FBI informant who exposed Nixon.

Solid Snake is apparently called 'Solid' because his morals, motives, and loyalty are all constantly stable, while Liquid's are constantly changing...or something. Solidus is the state of matter where any heat added makes it a liquid and any taken away makes it a solid, to denote that he has Big Boss' full set of genes, making him a genetic combination of Solid and Liquid (Solid got Big Boss' dominant genes while Liquid got the recessive, but Solidus got both).

Why are the credits playing

Is that it?

I see now why people were pissed at the length of this game

There's also missions to do afterward, and two special DLC missions. There is a reasonable amount of content, you just have to work past the story.

I'm just confused now.

I did one mission then the credits played.

They play after every mission. It's irritating but tolerable.

Mother Base was destroyed. If you had played Peace Walker you'd know what it is, why it's significant, and why you'd probably be pissed at watching it burn.

Depending on how genuine it is, I'd put money on it simply being mental illness.

If someone is doing it to fit in with other otherkin, lord knows why, but that wouldn't really be eligible. Just retarded.

However if someone genuinely believes they are a Dog trapped in a human body, or whatever creature/supernatural being they think they are then that is just screaming delusional/psychotic disorder.

So yeah it's downright silly but I wouldn't just sling abuse at them for being morons if they can't exactly help it.
How is this logically any different than claiming you're a woman trapped in a man's body?

Because the latter is at least somewhat understandable and the wonders of modern surgery can change them to suit their preferred gender, while believing you're actually a fox-eagle-whale-xenomorph hybrid from the Andromeda galaxy who was born human is downright bizarre.

then they're too young to be here anyway.
I don't remember having to input my age to access the website.

I'll amend that to too sheltered. Really, sex is the least offensive shit posted here, so I can't imagine why this is a point of controversy when words like 'faggot' and 'nigger' are thrown around with abandon.
