The discussion there is somewhat more challenging than the discussion here, and more thought-provoking. Doesn't look like it. But I only checked out the US forum.

And yes, Brown was murdered by the cop. Don't know how emptying a clip into an unarmed person isn't fucking overkill.
Because a single bullet does not guarantee death or incapacitation of the target.
Especially considering the size of Brown
And if there really was a struggle for the gun, the cop probably would have been panicking.

Really depends on how things go within the next couple decades. We live in a pretty important time and I think our outcome will be determined by how we handle it now.

If you think she'll lose her current boyfriend for you, how do you know she won't do the same to you?

Building walls doesn't work, the Crows built a huge fucking ice wall and wildings still managed to get over that.
Probably going to use this line tomorrow when everybody's raging on Facebook.

while Republicans tend to be more educated when it comes to things like gun rights and privacy rights These are two of the major issues that they are misinformed about. On gun control they're downright lied to by the media and politicians.

How does this change your view on the typical 'dumb republican stereotype' the majority of you hold? It doesn't. Unfortunately an education doesn't educate you on all subjects, therefore a college degree doesn't equate to political astuteness. I would be much more impressed if I read a study that shows Republicans are better informed on issues than Democrats.

Because Republicans simply make better governors than Democrats do. Example: I live in Massachusetts. When Romney was governor, he lowered taxes, fixed a lot of the infrastructure, and got shit done. When Deval (Dem) got elected, he sat on his ass and raised taxes all day, didn't get any shit done, gave more tax money to welfare abusers, attempted to fill my town with shitty illegal Guatemalan refugees and basically acted like Obama's bum buddy. He was an objectively shitty. Now that Charlie Baker, a Republican is elected, I expect him to lower taxes and crack down on welfare abuse. Maybe even get out infastructure fixed up too.
And I live in Ohio where our governor's only advertisement for why he should be reelected is because Ohio has gained so many jobs while he was in office, failing to address the fact that Ohio is ranked #45 in job growth. Should I now think that all Republicans are terrible governors?

I thought we were arguing about Halo 5 sucking balls, can we get back on track, please?
We've all ran out of ways to say that it looks like CoD and is a departure from the franchise. If we're going to keep this conversation going, we'll have to start copy/pasting.
Why the hell does nobody respond to my comments on Dual Wielding, ever? There's literally no flaw in the system, is that why?
I don't really see it as a gamebreaking flaw personally. Dual wield was a good mechanic that worked well in previous installments but it's possible 343 couldn't find a way to make it work in with this one.

Just watched some gameplay. Like, what the fuck is everybody crying about?
I'm guessing most of them jumped on the hate bandwagon early on and wouldn't have got off regardless of what they saw.
Or maybe... We're all just incredibly concerned that the devs are making such a departure from what made Halo good? The answer isn't always "DURHUR FANBOYS".
The only specific criticism I've seen in this entire thread is that there's no dual wielding. Sorry but, "DURHUR CALL OF HALO" and "DURHUR DEPATURE" aren't very compelling arguments if that's the only thing you're going to say over and over.

Lol what am I reading? No custom classes. Weapons spawn around the map in specific locations. No special abilities. This is the most Halo-y game we've got in 7 years.

What is donating going to accomplish? Where is the money going? I don't see how a nonprofit organization is going to fix street harassment.

Very interesting. The way you elegantly describe the faults in the story really changed my perspective completely. I can tell I'll never be able to look at it the same way.

Kind of puts things into perspective.
