I'm excited for it. It seems like some of the best storylines next season will be more true to the source material than I would have expected.

Serious / Re: Don't nobody give speeches like Obama.

I voted one time, and that was for Gary Johnson.  I don't plan to vote again.  Why?  Because I don't approve of the system.  The only reason to vote is to give your input on changing the system of government.  What if one of your core beliefs is that no one should have a monopoly on violence?  In this case, voting for either option is a vote against myself.

The state can be represented by a cattle ranch.  The bigger the government, the smaller the pen, and vice versa.  While voting may shrink or expand the size of the pen, it doesn't get rid of the problem (that is, the pen itself).
Is there no third party that represents this ideal?
There is no third party that is in favor of dismantling the U.S. government, no.
Oh I thought you meant your problems were with the military.

There's not much point commenting on the Democratic primaries, though. Clinton's pretty much a sure thing. The only other person who could probably give her a run for her money would be Biden or Kerry, but they won't fuck her up I don't think.
The media's going after her hard with this email thing.

>"Should the government raise the federal minimum wage?"
>"No, most minimum wage jobs are meant to develop experience, not support a family"

wow, fuck you
that's one of the default answers, so that's obviously how people think, too
I'll see this garbage on twitter from time to time by an account called Cloyd Rivers. It's always retweeted by stupid high school kids.

Serious / Re: "I'm ready for Hillary in 2016!"
« on: March 09, 2015, 08:19:38 PM »
It's no surprise that Republican Reps took control, but on a national scale they really don't stand a chance. You can't run on a platform against gays, women, minorities, the poor, healthcare, etc, and expect to win a national election.
If that's true, then the Democrats are running on a platform against free markets, gun rights, and anyone making over $50K.
Thus, gun fanatics and people that think the free market is the answer to everything don't tend to vote Democrat...

is she really that bad, guys?
She's better than any republican.
It's funny that the GOPers think they have a chance at the White House next year.
I said the same thing before the midterm elections and now I don't know what to think.

I love those presidential paintings but that one doesn't make sense to me. Sasquatch has proven time and time again that he comes in peace.
